Kenya Moore Blames Porsha Williams For Real Houswives of Atlanta Brawl – Now Threatens To Quit Show

Kenya Moore is sounding like she is ready to make a “gone with the wind fabulous” exit from the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast. In an interview with the Associated Press, Kenya shared her sentiments on the violence that erupted between her and Porsha Williams during the RHOA season 6 reunion. Not surprisingly, being dragged by her hair across the floor has Miss Kenya Moore “Whore” (as Phaedra Parks likes to call her) reconsidering being the resident “wild card” on the popular Bravo reality show anymore.

According to the Associated Press, Kenya Moore is “seriously considering leaving” RHOA after the televised violent episode between her and Porsha. Kenya told the interviewer, “We all agree that we don’t condone violence…we’ve become angry with each other, we’ve threatened each other and gone to the edge. But at the end of the day, we know there’s a line. If there are no consequences, then where does it end?” Uh…perhaps it ends when you stop bringing props on stage to reunion shows and waving them about in people’s faces?

No one here is condoning the violence but a blind mouse could see that Kenya was intentionally aggravating and provoking Porsha. Well not according to Kenya, who also said “I think Porsha was in a position to provoke me.” Blank stare. It is unclear what Kenya is talking about; Porsha was in a position to defend her self against Kenya’s stage antics and that was about all she was in a position to do. Porsha immediately broke down in tears, visibly upset that after attacking Kenya. During the show Porsha said she “blacked out” to Andy Cohen and genuinely expressed regret for her actions. The girl clearly felt ashamed and embarrassed that she failed to refrain from physical violence.

In contrast, Kenya jumped right up and began shouting that Porsha needed to be fired. It almost seemed like the whole scenario had played out according to her evil plan or something. Before closing the interview Kenya said, “If anyone is capable of blacking out and not taking responsibility for their actions, they should not be in this type of environment…They do not need a stage such as this.” As reprehensible as Porsha’s behavior was, in all honesty, it seems a “stage such as this” reality show is a perfect environment for it.

In real life bad things happen, especially when you wave a “weapon like” scepter in someone’s face while yelling through a bull horn at them. In real life when someone violently attacks another person and drags them by their hair across the floor, they are subject to the law and can be arrested for their actions. A reality show’s entertainment value comes from the idea that it is portraying real life scenarios and drama as they occur. This is not the first reality show fight we have seen on television and it certainly is not the last. So, whatever Kenya. You tried it with Porsha and she gave it right back to you. It happens, especially in the world of reality TV

Until an official word from Bravo is heard, there is no telling what we can all expect for RHOA season 7. Certainly all of this season 6 drama has generated interest and publicity for the Housewives franchise, Atlanta is by far the most popular show right now. Whatever happens to any of the ladies, they all have gained fame and celebrity from the show. In fact, rumor has it that one of the reasons Kenya is considering leaving the show is because she has accepted a role in a TVOne scripted sitcom. You can bet that the other ladies have other endeavors in the works as well. Help us wash this out. Let us know your thoughts on all of this by posting them in the comments section below.
