Gwyneth Paltrow just dissed her ex-fiance, Brad Pitt. The Hollywood actress made it no secret that she would never rekindle her romance with Brad even though he’s single and looking for love right now.
During a special Facebook Live chat with her fans, one person asked Gwyneth Paltrow if she would ever get back together again with Brad Pitt. The couple dated for two years and was engaged to get married before pulling the plug on their relationship back in 1997. They were even called Hollywood’s Golden Couple. But it looks like Gwyneth isn’t interested in revisiting any old memories with Brad or making new ones with him for that matter.
When her fan asked if she had any leftover feelings for Brad, Gwyneth responded with, “Someone wants Brad Pitt and I to get back together. I think that ship has sailed.”
Clearly, Gwyneth doesn’t want her fans to think that she’s another Jennifer Aniston. She doesn’t have the time to pick up the phone and listen to him complain about his life and his troubles with his soon-to-be ex-wife, Angelina Jolie. She never did that when he was married to Jennifer Aniston and she certainly isn’t going to do that now.
But then again, Gwyneth Paltrow probably only said that because she has to. After all, she’s dating Brad Falchuk now and is hoping to marry him soon. Plus, she doesn’t want the media or her critics to think that she’s still thinking about Brad Pitt or let alone, hold any strong feelings for him. That would just make her look desperate and knowing Gywneth, that’s the last thing she wants people to think of her. She and Brad Pitt broke up for a reason, but only she knows what that reason is.
With that being said though, many of Brad Pitt’s fans know that he’ll be dating someone again soon enough. Time will only tell if Brad will hook up with another but much younger Hollywood A-list star or if he’ll pick someone who is not in the celebrity world, but is just as successful as he is. And when he does, there’s a very good chance that his exes won’t be dissing him in public. Instead, a lot of his fans know they’ll be green with envy.
