Meghan Markle is stepping into Pippa Middleton’s territory. In fact, many believe that Meghan might have a future as a celebrity party planner, she’s been sharing plenty of lifestyle tips on her blog, The Tig. Meghan recently shared tips on how to throw a Bachelorette getaway for friends.
Pippa has written several lifestyle books, along with a party-planning book that was widely panned by critics back in 2012. She was criticized for stating obvious tips for planning different festivities. Fortunately, Meghan Markle is taking a different approach on her blog. In fact, she recently opened up about planning the perfect Bachelorette party for a good friend on her lifestyle blog, The Tig.
Meghan shared several photos of her Greek getaway with the bride-to-be and their girlfriends and wrote, “Because the thought of running around a city trying to get into clubs and wearing headbands of the phallic persuasion didn’t seem very “on brand” for us, I opted instead to woo the bride to be with a more low-key stagette. Now splitting half her time in London, it was easy for Linds to have a European weekend jaunt – so along with our friend Lucy, we ventured off to the sleepy chic island of Hydra.”
Of course, this Bachelorette getaway sounds nothing like what Kate Middleton is planning for Pippa Middleton in the coming months. Insiders say that both Pippa and Kate are preparing to let loose at a wild bachelorette party in the Swiss Alps. And, while Pippa’s parties are usually the talk of the town, Meghan prefers low-key events instead.
Fans have long noticed that Meghan Markle and Pippa Middleton have plenty of things in common. After all, Pippa was once linked to Prince Harry in the past, too. Plus, both women are stylish brunettes and outspoken lifestyle gurus. Pippa has tried to make a name for herself as a celebrity party planner and etiquette expert.
Still, many fans can’t help but wonder if Meghan is trying to make a name for herself as a lifestyle expert. Is Meghan Markle trying to be a better version of Pippa Middleton? Some believe that might be the case. After all, her lifestyle blog has been getting plenty of attention now that she’s been making headlines as Prince Harry’s girlfriend.
