The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) won’t be able to ignore her health issue for much longer. She’s been struggling with dizzy spells, ringing ears and erratic behavior for months. It seems like her personality has undergone a total transformation and it all goes back to the night she hit her head – or does it?
When Abby (Melissa Ordway) pushed her sister, Victoria got a bump on the noggin and it definitely caused some symptoms later. However, the doctors determined nothing was seriously wrong with her. Victoria had a mild concussion, but she was just told to take it easy.
We should also point out that Victoria’s symptoms have been quite sporadic. Perhaps Y&R’s using a bit of misdirection here. It’s possible that none of this is related to that initial injury. Victoria’s predicament could actually stem from something else entirely.
Mal Young’s first material as Y&R’s head writer will air on October 25. In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, Young promised several big surprises during his first week. The Young and the Restless spoilers say he wants to give fans some shockers they’ll never see coming.
Let’s think about that for a moment. What does everyone see coming in this storyline? Viewers assume Victoria must have a brain injury from that fall. Simple, right? Maybe Young wants to throw in a twist by making this a different kind of ailment. There’s an explanation that would be startling, but would still make sense.
What if Brash and Sassy’s products are causing a crazy reaction? Victoria mentioned that she’s been trying things out at home. We also watched her use a product on screen recently. An ingredient in the formula may have been the problem the whole time. Victoria might’ve been oblivious because she attributed her symptoms to the tumble she took.
Now Victoria and Lily (Christel Khalil) are about to go on The Hilary Hour to promote the new men’s line. If Victoria demonstrates a product right before her collapse, that could be another hint. Just think about the implications this could have on Brash and Sassy. Victoria’s diagnosis will mean much more if it affects not only her, but her entire company.
Brash and Sassy might have to scrap everything that has the questionable ingredient in it. The negative press would be brutal and that’s before it’s revealed that they’re advertising on a sex ring app! Jabot is beating their launch, so their products were at a disadvantage anyway. The company may not be able to recover from this series of unfortunate events.
Could these be the final nails in Brash and Sassy’s coffin? Will Victoria’s health crisis be blamed on a product she’s using? We’ll give you updates as other Young and the Restless news comes in.
