British royals news reveals that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are gearing up for quite a holiday. They’re all set to celebrate Thanksgiving with Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland, in the United States. Prince Harry and Meghan will bring Archie along for the festivities, so it should be a nice American getaway for the whole fam.
However, Thanksgiving and the Christmas fun to follow are about more than just holiday celebrations. They’ll also serve as a much-needed breather for this royal couple. According to Entertainment Tonight, Prince Harry and Meghan could really use some time out of the limelight. They’re certainly in it a lot thanks to some of recent tabloid stories and Prince Harry’s very vocal reaction to them. British royals news has become a hot topic lately!
Everyone needs an opportunity to relax, especially those who have to be in the public eye. ET’s source insists the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are hoping to “recharge their batteries,” so it sounds like they could desperately use this break. Of course, there’s been speculation about why Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are choosing to spend the holidays away from Sandringham this year. A palace spokesperson suggested it was in keeping with precedent since other royal family members have made that choice. Prince Harry, Meghan and Archie are a new family, so it makes sense that they’d want some special time to share with Meghan’s mother.
