General Hospital (GH) spoilers review for Monday, October 21, reveal that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) found herself in the hot seat when she and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) showed up at The Metro Court while Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) was there. Carly wrangled a little alone time with Sasha, then proceeded to call her out on being a con artist. Sasha took responsibility for what she did and didn’t offer any excuses, which impressed Carly.
Ultimately, Carly opened up a bit about her own con-artist history, which surprised Sasha. In the end, Carly agreed to give Sasha a second chance where Michael is concerned, but she warned her that there would be no third chances ever. Michael was happy to return and find his mom and Sasha on good terms. It seems that Sasha has another ally in town now, aside from Michael, so she may have hope yet of salvaging her reputation.
Meanwhile, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) confided in Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) about his suspicions about Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig). Finn was pretty straightforward about the whole thing and spilled what he thinks really happened – that Hayden never lost the baby and ended up having his child without telling him.
Curtis was shocked by that possibility, but he noted that Hayden’s been pretty circumspect about her past. He didn’t like it that he may have been used to tell Finn that the baby died, and he wondered what Finn’s plan to get to the bottom of things was. Ultimately, Finn decided to summon Hayden to a meeting at The Metro Court. It looks like Finn plans to come right out and confront Hayden about her lie.
Finally, Julian Jerome (William deVry) dragged Ava Jerome (Maura West) to GH for a medical evaluation. GH viewers will remember that Ava fainted after hearing about Ryan Chamberlain’s (Jon Lindstrom) latest murder at Pentonville. That was the last straw for Julian, and he took Ava to Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) to be checked out. Turns out, Ava was dehydrated from drinking so much, and Lucas was worried enough to call in Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan).
Of course, that set Ava off, as she thought everyone was assuming that she was having a nervous breakdown. Neil attempted to talk with her a little about her drinking, and then Ava mentioned having felt like someone was watching her, which raised Neil’s eyebrows. Of course, GH viewers know that there is indeed someone watching Ava, so she definitely wasn’t imagining it or being paranoid.
Later, Julian took Ava home, where she started drinking again and made a bed for herself on the sofa. She tried sleeping but tossed and turned, and she ended up getting her gun and putting it under her pillow. Ultimately, she ended up outside on the patio, looking out into the night, wondering who was out there.
