The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Thursday, May 30, tease that Florence “Flo” Fulton (Katrina Bowden) will be hit with another wave of guilt. She just found out Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) are ending their marriage, so she’s obviously not happy about it. Flo naturally feels responsible since she’s keeping the truth about Beth Spencer under wraps.
A freaked-out Flo will insist on hashing things out with Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) again. She’ll feel like allowing this “Lope” split is crossing the line. Flo won’t be sure she can stay silent when the pain of losing Beth is driving Hope and Liam apart. She’ll insist that they could be a happy family with Beth if they came clean.
Zoe won’t deny that a confession would change Liam and Hope’s lives for the better. She may also acknowledge that they wouldn’t have to live with the guilt and stress of this secret anymore. However, that’s where the list of benefits ends. There are far more disadvantages if they come clean now, so Zoe will think they should address those in Thursday’s episode.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Zoe will remind Flo of all she has to lose. She can kiss the Forrester mansion goodbye if she reveals the swap scheme. The same goes for Flo’s job at Forrester Creations and her spot in the Logan family. Everyone will hate Flo’s guts, including Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks).
We can’t forget what Zoe has on the line either. She could also lose her job at FC, so that’s another negative here. Dr. Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) would go to prison along with Flo. Even Zoe and Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) could face some legal drama, so the whole gang would really be in a tight spot.
Furthermore, Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) heart would be shattered into a million pieces. Zoe will get why Flo is tempted to confess, but she’ll invite her to take a long, hard look at the consequences first. Is Flo really willing to give up her wonderful new life?
Flo will ultimately decide to keep her mouth shut, but there’ll be a huge problem. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Xander Avant (Adain Bradley) will overhear that Beth’s alive! He’ll confront Zoe about Beth on this Friday’s new B&B episode, May 31, so it makes sense that Xander may eavesdrop as the cliffhanger on Thursday.
Meanwhile, Liam will treat Hope to one final romantic dinner on their last night as a married couple. They’ve still got some paperwork to do, but this will serve as the conclusion of their time together. B&B spoilers state that it’ll be bittersweet in some ways. They’ll reflect on good times and acknowledge the love that’s still between them, but they’ll realize this is the end of the road.
