Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will soon be back in action in Salem. As viewers know, Ava and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) are Tripp Dalton’s (Lucas Adams) parents, and since Ava’s presumed to be dead and gone, it’s going to be quite a shock for everyone when Ava is back on the Salem scene.
Well, it seems that it may be a while before Ava’s existence becomes known. For the time being, Ava will stick close to Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson), with whom she’ll be working to take down Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and get control of Titan Industries.
Exactly what Ava’s angle is remains to be seen, but we suspect that she might have a serious grudge against Xander.
After all, Xander was part of the team that must have held Ava captive at the Nashville facility. Ava could have a bone to pick with Xander, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), and even Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) when it’s all said and done.
But we suspect that Ava’s also going to want something else when she’s finally revealed as being alive…to spend some time with her grandson Henry Horton (Jayna and Kinsley Fox).
We can only imagine what kind of turmoil that’s going to cause. After all, Tripp is currently accused of raping Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold), and there’s probably no way that Allie is going to want Tripp or anyone associated with him anywhere near Henry.
And of course, whether Ava believes Tripp or Allie at this point remains to be seen, but still, knowing Ava, she may want to see the baby.
Well, Ava may have a real fight on her hands if she makes noise about seeing Henry. There will be plenty of people who will surely fight to keep Ava away from the baby, including Tripp, since he’ll still be insisting that there’s no way he can be Henry’s father.
But Ava’s quite a force, and since the DNA evidence will probably be a matter of public record given the police investigation into Allie’s rape, Ava might actually have a leg to stand on in making the case for being a relative of the baby. It could be a real mess for Allie and everyone else involved.
We’ll see what happens here, but we suspect that Allie’s life is going to get much more difficult as a result of Ava being back in Salem. Allie’s desire to protect Henry will probably really kick in, but will she be any match for the conniving Ava?
