Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that a stunning departure is really shaking up the soap world! Victoria Konefal (Ciara Brady) is out according to many reliable Days insiders, so it’s time to start thinking about what that means for her popular pairing.
Some “Cin” shippers might be rooting for a happily ever after ending that takes Ciara and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) off canvas, but they’re not going to get one.
That’s because Robert Scott Wilson seems to be sticking around. It’s good news for Wilson as well as Ben fans, but it’s still going to be devastating when Ben and Ciara’s relationship is over.
DOOL viewers became invested in Ciara and Ben’s love story all the way back in those powerful cabin scenes. The sizzling chemistry was evident from the get-go, so it’s great that Days of Our Lives ran with it! Days fans watched Ciara fight to make sure Ben got a fair chance in Salem despite the naysayers.
Ciara even stood by Ben when all signs pointed to him strangling his sister Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Stause). Ben and Ciara’s romance only grew stronger as she worked to get him off the hook for murder.
Days viewers will remember how Ben’s heart stopped during his execution, but he came back to Ciara and has been able to focus on their bright “Cin” future.
Unfortunately, that future isn’t going to pan out. Ben and Ciara will have to split up one way or another due to Ciara’s looming exit, so Ben will battle a broken heart all alone. What happens after “Cin” is over and Ben loses the love of his life?
Those with the inside scoop claim DOOL hasn’t replaced Konefal with another actress at this point. However, it’s possible a Ciara recast will pop up sooner or later. Days might try to recreate the “Cin” magic all over again after a rebuilding period, but that would certainly take some time.
Until then, Ben may mope for a while and could potentially become dangerous again. Will Ben stop taking his meds and head back down a dark path? It’s possible without Ciara to encourage Ben and keep him focused on what’s right.
On the other hand, Ben might find a new woman to keep him steady instead! It’ll be interesting to see how all this plays out.
