It’s clear that Phyllis sees those properties as huge wins, but Y&R fans know she acquired them with massive loans that could become a problem for her.
Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) recently quizzed Phyllis about her purchases and acted like she’d be arrested over financial shadiness eventually.
Whether that happens or not, Phyllis always manages to land herself in big trouble sooner or later.
