Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) will face off with a familiar foe. DOOL viewers know Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) plotted to kill Gabi after being brainwashed by “Stefano DiMera” (Stephen Nichols). Although that wasn’t Chad’s fault, it certainly didn’t help to ease the tension with Gabi!
That tension will rev up once more during the week of April 20-24. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Gabi will have a major showdown with Chad, but Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) will get in on the action as well. You can bet DiMera Enterprises will be part of the conversation since that always seems to come up when Chad and Gabi clash.
Of course, there could be a good reason why this feud’s reigniting now. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) return is just around the corner, so DOOL has to set that up. There’s a good chance Stefan will clash with his siblings once he’s back in the picture – at least once he’s settled and back to his old self.
Days is also laying the groundwork for Gabi and Stefan to be a DiMera powercouple again. It won’t happen overnight, but “Stabi” will surely rise down the road! Gabi’s confrontation with Tony and Chad may even bring reminders that they’re not as competent as Stefan. Perhaps Gabi will hurl insults about how Stefan was a far better DiMera than either one of them.
Whatever the case, Days will undoubtedly include extra Stefan mentions soon. We know Gabi will eventually visit Stefan’s grave and mourn her loss. It turns out Gabi will have something to celebrate when she goes to the cemetery. Sadly, it’ll be hard for Gabi since she won’t have anyone to share her joy with – namely Stefan.
Will Gabi score some sort of victory over Chad and Tony that prompts this graveside visit? Time will tell, but Gabi will definitely feel like things are looking up. The only tragic part will be that Stefan isn’t right by Gabi’s side. Thankfully, that’s going to change – and it’ll all start when a stunned Gabi sees Stefan’s reflection in a store window.
That reflection will be gone in a flash, but Gabi will indeed see it and will soon believe Stefan’s still out there somewhere. Although Stefan may reenter the scene with amnesia or some other reunion hurdle, it’ll be nice to see Stefan and Gabi’s road back to each other.
First comes renewed love, then comes restored power! “Stabi” fans will be eager to watch Gabi and Stefan conquer the world together, but they can start with DiMera Enterprises. As other Days news emerges, we’ll keep you posted on all the latest updates.
