Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) is going to have a tough time in the days to come. As viewers know, Allie has been hoping that Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) will be prosecuted for her rape in London where the attack took place.
Unfortunately, it looks like that will never come to fruition, as the London PD will take a hard pass on prosecuting the matter. That’s going to leave Allie furious and distraught.
Of course, during this awful time, Allie could really use the support of her mom Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney), but Sami’s off in Europe and presumably still doesn’t know about Allie’s rape or that Henry Horton (Jayna and Kinsley Fox) was the product of the rape.
Right now, Allie’s leaning heavily on Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) for support, which has been good for Allie.
Well, in the coming days, Allie will make a desperate move when she holds Tripp at gunpoint, threatening to shoot him where it counts and put an end to his ability to victimize women.
Fortunately, Allie will get interrupted in her attempt to harm Tripp, and Tripp will walk away unscathed, but Allie will probably reel from what she was about to do. Allie will likely need someone to talk to about the whole thing.
And while Nicole may be there for Allie in the aftermath of her attempt to punish Tripp, it seems that Allie’s grandmother Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow) will step in and offer Allie some much-needed advice.
The only problem here is that Kate is Kate, and she’s very likely to applaud Allie for holding Tripp at gunpoint – let’s face it, Kate has shot people in the past, so she might actually like how Allie handled Tripp.
Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate that Kate will even advise Allie on what her next move should be – which could involve more revenge against Tripp.
Kate finds it horrible that Tripp’s not going to be prosecuted for Allie’s rape, and she might have some ideas for Allie about how to make Tripp’s life miserable going forward as payback for what he did.
What if Kate takes Allie under her wing and schools her on how to handle herself – and Tripp – in the coming days? That could get interesting, since Kate’s grandmotherly advice would be very “Kate” in nature and could be quite scheming and manipulative.
Perhaps we’ll see Ally get mentored by Kate – after all, Kate’s been around the block and she might sense trouble ahead.
For example, Kate might suspect that Tripp will come looking for parental rights for Henry at some point, and she might advise Allie on how to protect herself and Henry from that type of situation.
Of course Kate could try to teach Allie how to take control of her life and move on with her life. Whatever happens, it would be nice to see some grandma/granddaughter bonding.
At any rate, Kate’s influence could be the impetus for a big transformation for Allie – from a young girl who doesn’t know what she wants to a manipulative schemer like her grandma!
