Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, June 1, tease that Lani Price (Sal Stowers) will battle dark thoughts about the future. DOOL fans know Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) was elated over Lani’s positive pregnancy test, but she insisted on getting a blood test to confirm it. Once that came back positive as well, it really sank in for Lani. Now plenty of fear and doubt are flooding Lani’s mind.
Lani’s not even sure she can go through this pregnancy, so Eli may wonder if she really means that on Monday. Days spoilers state that Lani will wrestle with concerns about complications – ones that could result in the loss of another child.
Saying goodbye to David Grant was the hardest thing Lani’s ever had to do, so this barrier of anxiety will be a tough hurdle to overcome. Fortunately, Lani and Eli are in this together. With Eli’s love and support, Lani will hopefully start to get more comfortable with the idea of having a baby.
Speaking of babies, Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) are in sync when it comes to their family addition. When Sonny came home, Will suggested he was ready to go for it.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Will and Sonny will enjoy some celebratory moments in Monday’s episode. They’ll probably acknowledge that this mission could be long and difficult, but it’s something they definitely want to pursue. Bringing a baby into their family will change their lives, but it’s a change that Will and Sonny are enthusiastic about making.
While Will and Sonny discuss the next step, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will get some shocking updates from Zoey Burge (Alyshia Ochse). Zoey recently held a gun on Rafe and Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso), which led to a struggle and Rafe nearly facing a gunshot wound.
It was all for the sake of Zoey’s son, who was being held somewhere by Orpheus’ (George DelHoyo) goons.
Zoey took off to find her kid and pay off Orpheus’ minions, so it looks like everything worked out. Naturally, Rafe will assume Zoey’s willing to back off the custody case in light of her violent actions. He’ll probably hope that they can let bygones be bygones and just keep their boys.
Unfortunately, Zoey will make it clear that she still wants custody of her nephew, David Ridgeway (Kyler Ends). She might remind Rafe that she’s an excellent lawyer and can easily undo any damage created by that little incident at the hideout. Regardless, Days of Our Lives spoilers say the custody battle over David will move forward.
