Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks tease that there’ll be plenty of holiday drama going on. During the week of December 21-25, Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) will shock Belle Black (Martha Madison) with a marriage proposal – and he’ll want to get married right away.
The private Christmas Eve ceremony will go well with the exception of Sami Brady DiMera’s (Alison Sweeney) phone call interruption. Belle will urge Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) to ignore Sami and just focus on making their big day the best it can be.
As for Sami, she’ll hear a painful confession from her daughter in the week ahead. Days spoilers say Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will come clean, so she may admit everything she’s been hiding from Sami.
There should be a lot to confess if Allie admits Henry Horton (Jayna and Kinsley) was conceived through rape and that she pulled a gun on Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) trying to get justice.
Over with Joey Johnson (James Lastovic), he’ll be a little glum as he tries to figure out what his future will look like. Joey will be happy about his freedom, but he’ll want a way to make the most of his second chance.
Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will play “Patchy Claus” at the hospital for the kids and give Joey the gift of some good advice this year.
While Joey nails down some big plans for himself, Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) will freak over meeting Allie. Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) will be taken aback when Charlie suddenly declares he’s feeling ill and ditches the family holiday gathering.
Over with Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey), they’ll patch things up as they welcome their twins to the world. Eli and Eli will have one of each soon – a boy and a girl. Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will be a proud grandpa along with Grandma Valerie Grant (Vanessa Williams).
As for Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson), he’ll get some comfort from a Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) vision. Ciara will show up to help Ben trim the Horton tree with their ornaments, so Ben will enjoy seeing his beloved wife again – if only in his grieving mind.
During the week of December 28-January 1, Lani and Eli will settle on names for their new bundles of joy. Look for their son and daughter to get some memorable monikers while Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) goes on the hunt for missing Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn).
Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will put another scheme in motion before long – perhaps her most devious one yet. Days of Our Lives spoilers say a trap will be set for Chad, so he should fall right in it. This may involve the kiss that was featured in a DOOL promo last month.
There’ll be a lip lock between Chad and Gwen in the bedroom, so she may finagle an even steamier moment if she can!
Abigail could walk in on a big surprise depending on how Gwen plays this. As for Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer), he’ll give Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) some helpful guidance. Xander isn’t exactly a relationship expert, but he’ll think Jack should take his advice anyway.
Later, Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) will spot Jack with Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) at a New Year’s Eve party. That could leave Jack in panic mode! Jack may assure Jennifer this is a coincidence and nothing more, but he’ll probably worry this will lead to another setback.
Fortunately, Jennifer will reunite with Jack after realizing it’s Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) who’s actually been in Kate’s bed. Jack and Jenn will finally get their marriage back on track, so that’s great news.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Will Horton (Chandler Massey) will remain in town for a bit after Christmas. Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) won’t be in Salem with him, but they’ll get creative so that they can still connect on New Year’s Eve.
Kate will make a move that leaves Will concerned eventually, so Days spoilers say Will’s going to shut it down. It sounds like Kate may try to go after Tripp somehow, so Will may worry his grandmother could land behind bars! Thankfully, Will should prevent disaster with his desperate actions.
Next, Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will discover Philip Kiriakis’ (Jay Kenneth Johnson) big secret and fret over the danger he might be in. As for Philip, he’ll battle jealousy when he realizes Chloe’s attending the New Year’s Eve bash as Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) date.
There’ll be some drama for Charlie as well since Claire will catch him off guard. Claire might find out where Charlie lives and pay him a visit. That could be a massive problem since Charlie’s keeping Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) hostage in his apartment at the moment.
While Claire puts Charlie in a tight spot, Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) will push Jack not to buy Gwen’s sweet and innocent act. Gwen’s plot could start to unravel soon, so stick with us for updates.
