Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) has some tough blows headed her way. She’ll come home with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton on January 17, but there’ll be another round of bad news that same day. Unfortunately, this news ties in with Mickey and her health.
It sounds like in the end, Mickey’s results will indicate she didn’t respond well to treatment. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sarah’s fears about Mickey will grow stronger. She’ll hate the thought of losing Mickey, especially since she’s a doctor herself. That’ll make Sarah feel even more helpless as she frets about her daughter possibly dying.
Of course, this also presents the chance for Sarah and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) to grow closer. Xander paid Sarah a visit in Boston, where they shared some passionate kisses. Although Eric doesn’t want Xander in Mickey’s life at all, Days spoilers say Sarah may not be able to stay away from the former fake “baby daddy.” She really needs to just tell Eric to suck it up and get over it!
Whatever the case, the experience of almost losing Mickey will almost certainly pull Sarah in Xander’s direction. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sarah may decide she’s in this for the long haul, but will Xander’s secrets derail his newfound bliss?
DOOL fans also know Xander helped Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) frame Will Horton (Chandler Massey) for killing Adrienne Kiriakis (Judi Evans). It turns out Sarah was caught up in that accident – and her mother, Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers), was the one Xander and Victor were trying to protect.
Although Xander had Maggie’s best interests at heart, he was still willing to let Will rot in prison. There’s also the matter of the baby swap that may have followed this accident. If Xander switched Sarah’s baby for Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) that night, she’s in for a devastating double shocker when the real story comes out.
It looks like Xander’s wildest dreams may be on the verge of coming true, but his own secrets could put his new life with Sarah in jeopardy. We’ll give you updates as other Days details emerge.
