Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Wednesday, November 11, reveal that Charlie Dale (Mike C. Manning) exited the Brady house quickly when he spied Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) kissing Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson). After kissing for a moment, Theo stepped away and asked Claire where that kiss came from. Claire said that it was a welcome home kiss.
Claire then asked if she and Theo could give it another try, and she even offered to move to South Africa, but Theo said it wouldn’t work, and that he’s seeing someone.
Theo pressed to see if Claire was seeing anyone, and she told him about getting to know Charlie. Theo encouraged Claire to go explore things with Charlie, even though it was scary. Claire vowed to try.
In town square, Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) got a call from Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer), who was at Titan Industries. Xander said that there was a large sum of money missing from a corporate account and that it was transferred to a shell company by Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson).
Victor got concerned and said he’d handle it.
At the Kiriakis mansion, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) was reading when Philip entered the room. After Sarah retired for the evening, Philip got a call from Victor about the missing money.
Philip explained smoothly, offering a reasonable sounding explanation, and Victor seemed to buy it. Philip snarked about Xander, saying that Xander’s only agenda was to get him gone.
Later, Philip called his mystery partner saying that he had a hiccup today with Xander and that they needed to be careful. Whoever was on the other end of the phone gave Philip grief, and Philip yelled that he was doing the best he could.
Philip looked up and Sarah was standing in the room, having overheard his outburst. Philip covered.
Back at Titan Industries, Charlie returned to the CEO office upset and told Xander about seeing Claire kissing some other guy. Xander offered some advice, saying that Charlie was too polite.
Xander thought that Charlie should perhaps play the long game and let Claire come to him. Xander took Charlie’s flowers and headed home, telling Charlie to keep the faith.
Later, Charlie was working alone when Claire arrived with coffees and wanting to help with Charlie’s work. Charlie basically brushed her off, saying he had a deadline, and Claire left confused. Meanwhile, at the Kiriakis mansion, Xander arrived to greet Sarah with the flowers.
Xander asked if Victor had talked to Philip tonight, and that he was pretty sure that Philip was up to something. Xander stepped out of the room, and Sarah said, “So am I.”
At the DiMera mansion, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) pounded on Kate DiMera’s (Lauren Koslow) door. Kate made Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) hide behind the door, and when Chad insisted on entering the room, Jake slipped out unnoticed, leaving his shirt on the floor.
Kate slyly pushed the shirt under the bed with her foot as she argued with Chad about the evening’s drama.
Chad blasted Kate for sleeping with Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), and Kate argued back that it was a one-time thing and that no one was supposed to know. Chad said that Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) was missing and that he was worried about her. Kate hoped that Abigail returned soon, and Chad left the room.
Down in the living room, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) gave Abigail a pep talk, insisting that the evening’s fireworks weren’t her fault. Gwen tried to blame herself, but Abigail wouldn’t have it.
Gwen assured Abigail that things with her father would work themselves out. Gwen left, and Jake entered the room, learning through their conversation that Gwen encouraged Abigail to look at the letter up in Kate’s room.
Jake tried to warn Abigail about Gwen, but Abigail defended Gwen and said that they should talk about something else. As Abigail and Jake were sharing a laugh over Jake offering to make her his famous hangover cure, Gwen spied them from the hallway.
Gwen went upstairs and encountered Chad leaving Kate’s room. Gwen said that Abigail was home now and that she was downstairs. Chad rushed off. Gwen then spied Kate coming out of her room carrying Jake’s shirt and wondered what Kate was up to now.
Finally, back downstairs, Abigail was now passed out on the couch, and Jake covered her with a blanket and moved her hair out of her eyes. As this was going on, Chad walked into the room. “What the hell?” Chad said, as Jake put his hands up innocently.
