Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, November 12, tease that Belle Black (Martha Madison) will have a special surprise planned for Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer). Belle will show up at the Salem PD and take Shawn aside for a moment alone.
As they chat in the interrogation room, Belle will make a speech about her deep love for Shawn – and she’ll cap it off by getting down on one knee!
Shawn will get a kick out of Belle’s sudden marriage proposal and will happily accept. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Belle and Shawn will celebrate with a kiss, so they’ll really be on cloud nine.
It turns out Shawn and Belle won’t want to wait to tie the knot again. If Belle and Shawn hadn’t divorced, their wedding anniversary would’ve been on November 23. Days of Our Lives spoilers say the nuptials are set to begin just before that, so remarrying on the same day may be what Belle has in mind.
Regardless, Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) will hold out hope for her own future with Shawn. DOOL fans can expect a scene where Shawn walks in the interrogation room and finds Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) preparing to make love to Belle on the desk.
There’s a good chance that’ll be Jan’s fantasy since she’s hoping Shawn will ditch Belle and choose her instead.
However, Jan’s bubble may burst when Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) comes along looking downcast. Days spoilers say Jan will be more than happy to listen to Claire’s romantic troubles and offer advice. Jan always takes advantage of any opportunity to be “helpful” and manipulate “Shelle’s” daughter.
Claire will offer updates on her latest trip to Titan, where Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) gave her the cold shoulder. Since Claire doesn’t know Charlie witnessed her kiss with Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson), she’ll be totally confused.
Claire may feel like something’s wrong with her or perhaps argue that she was right before – that she’s not ready for another serious relationship.
Of course, Jan has an obsessive personality and that may influence her advice for Claire. Maybe Jan will argue that Claire has to hang in there and keep pursuing Charlie. Whatever it takes!
Meanwhile, Charlie will have a front-row seat for some lovey-dovey moments between Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). Sarah will visit Xander at Titan to fill him in on her growing suspicions about Philip, but she’ll probably offer Charlie some words of wisdom while she’s there.
Sarah may admit Xander’s right about persistence paying off sometimes.
As luck would have it, Charlie will head to the square and walk up behind Claire during her conversation with Jan. Charlie might overhear Claire talking about how much she likes him and wishes she knew how to win him over.
That could leave Charlie confused as well thanks to that Claire and Theo kiss. Fortunately, Jan will make herself scarce and give Claire some alone time with Charlie.
If Charlie admits what he saw, Claire might argue that she got caught up in old memories and feelings. It was more about being drawn toward familiarity and the fear of not being ready for something new.
Once Charlie hears Claire’s side of the story, he might ask if she’s still up for that dinner he wanted. Claire and Charlie should reach an understanding that helps them get their romance back on track.
At the pub, Theo will catch up with Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers). Once Theo takes off, it looks like Lani will head to the restroom.
That’ll give Abe a chance to speak with Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) in private, so they’ll obviously discuss the secret about Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) confession.
Eli is the reason Kristen came clean and changed her plea, so he’ll battle guilt and get reassurance from Abe. Unfortunately, Lani will spot Eli and Abe’s seemingly intense discussion. It’ll leave Lani with the feeling that they’re keeping secrets, so she’ll prepare to confront Abe and Eli soon.
