Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, October 28, tease that Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) will try to crack a case together. Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) is missing from her office, so Roman and Steve will work to unravel this mystery.
It won’t take long for Steve and Roman to follow the clues and realize Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) must’ve kidnapped Kayla, but they should have no idea why.
Kayla herself isn’t sure about Dr. Rolf’s motives, but they’re about to become clear. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Dr. Rolf will explain his new scheme, which will allow Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) to live on.
Dr. Rolf has cloned Stefano’s embryo and wants to implant it in a surrogate, so Kayla will be floored by the nuttiness of it all.
Kayla will also have to wonder where Rolf’s going to find a woman willing to carry a cloned Stefano baby, but the twisted doc will insist he’s looking at her! Though Kayla certainly won’t be willing, that won’t stop Dr. Rolf from planning to drug her and implant this embryo.
Thanks to Dr. Rolf’s medical magic, Kayla’s age isn’t an issue. Dr. Rolf will insist this is happening, but Roman and Steve’s rescue mission will get in Rolf’s way later this week.
In the meantime, Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) will do her best to save Henry Horton (Jayna and Kinsley Fox). DOOL viewers know Kate just caught Clyde Weston (James Read) with a baby, so she looks puzzled and concerned.
Once Kate approaches Clyde in the park, she’ll be horrified over this baby’s identity. Kate will realize it’s her great-grandson, so she’ll insist Clyde has to surrender Henry. Days spoilers say Kate will even offer to take Henry’s place as a hostage, but Clyde will refuse to make any kind of deal.
Henry will start crying over the commotion, so that’ll give Kate a chance to make a bold move. Kate will claim she’s reaching in her purse for a pacifier, but she’ll shock Clyde when she retrieves a gun instead.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Kate will aim that gun at Clyde, so he’ll know he’s going to take a bullet unless he hands Henry over.
Clyde will indeed surrender Henry, but Kate will refuse to lower her weapon. Instead, Kate will pull the trigger on Clyde and leave him stunned once again. At Orpheus’ (George DelHoyo) hideout, he’ll face his son’s betrayal.
After Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) brings Evan Frears aka Christian Maddox (Brock Kelly), a fight will break out and distract Orpheus.
It looks like Orpheus will order John Black (Drake Hogestyn) to tie up Marlena, but John’s temper could be a problem. This whole situation could go south and leave Evan in fear for John’s life as well as Marlena’s.
Evan is trying to be a better person and wants nothing to do with his father, so he’ll make the daring decision to attack Orpheus on Wednesday. Days spoilers state that Evan will grab a paint can and hurl it at his dad’s head, so Orpheus will be knocked unconscious.
That’ll give John an opportunity to tie Orpheus’ up and put an end to his latest reign of terror.
