General Hospital Spoilers: Faison’s Brain Testing Shocking Discovery – Peter’s Father Still Alive, Not the Real Faison’s Brain?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will move forward with a new plan. GH fans know Anna feels like this genetic marker angle is the key to proving whether Peter August (Wes Ramsey) is her son or not.

Since Anna doesn’t have the marker for rheumatoid arthritis, then Peter had to have gotten it from Alex Devane Marick (Finola Hughes) or Cesar Faison (Anders Hove).

Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) feels like the marker most likely came from Faison and just wishes Anna would tell Peter the truth already. Nevertheless, Anna’s refusing to throw Peter’s whole life into question until she’s exhausted all options. The trouble is that Alex is a fugitive and Faison is deceased.

Finn wondered how Anna was going to pursue this any further, so she pointed out that Faison was dead – but not gone. How can Faison be dead and still around? Faison’s brain is in a jar! Anna may be thinking she can have Faison’s brain tested and hopefully crack the case.

If Faison had the genetic marker, that won’t tell Anna whether Peter is really her son. However, if Faison didn’t have the marker, then Anna will know it came from Alex – and she’ll know Alex is Peter’s bio mom.

Of course, there’s a third option here that’d bring a massive twist. What if that brain doesn’t actually belong to Faison at all? Could there have been a dead body switcheroo and some villainous deception? There’s been an awful lot of Faison talk lately – especially talk about how Peter’s living in his evil father’s shadow.

As part of the show’s fall preview info, General Hospital spoilers said a dark figure from the past would appear – and it was supposed to tie in with Anna and Peter’s storyline.

That could still be Alex if she eventually shows up, but the real shocker would be if Faison showed up instead. Faison would surely like to get revenge on his son.

Bottom line, this brain angle will likely bring a shocking discovery. It might prove that Faison didn’t have the genetic marker, but it could just as easily prove Faison isn’t merely “not gone” as Anna suggested. Faison may not be dead either!

Maybe something won’t add up during testing, which could prove this isn’t the real Faison’s brain.

It sounds like GH writers are cooking up something good either way, so stay tuned. As other news and updates emerge, we’ll keep you posted.
