General Hospital Spoilers: Tuesday, March 10 Recap – Portia & Curtis Share A Past – Alexis Lies To Medical Board – Sonny Influences Brad’s Testimony

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, March 10, reveal that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) woke up the morning after their night together, about an hour before Neil’s medical board hearing. Neil indicated that he was going to tell the board the truth about their relationship, and Alexis protested, insisting that he not do that. Neil said that no matter what decision the board made, he didn’t regret anything that happened last night.

Later, Alexis and Neil separately showed up for the hearing. The member in charge asked Neil if had anything to add to the sworn statements, and he said that he didn’t. She then asked Alexis for a comment, and Alexis referenced their kiss after the bingo game, then said she had something else to add.

She wanted the board to know that Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) had been successfully extricated from a cult by Neil, and that he was a good therapist. The board member then asked Alexis to describe the nature her current relationship with Neil, and Alexis lied and said that it was strictly professional and nothing more. She described their relationship as “cordial,” while Neil looked at her askew.

Meanwhile, at the hospital, Julian Jerome (William deVry) bumped into Ava Jerome (Maura West). He was looking for Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) and admitted to being nervous about Brad Cooper’s (Parry Shen) arraignment today. They agreed that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) could never know that Julian was aware of the baby swap.

Elsewhere in the hospital, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) ran into Laura Collins (Genie Francis) after donating blood. Laura said that he was missed at Marcus Taggert’s (Real Andrews) funeral, and that he needed to stop beating himself up over Taggert’s death. Curtis felt guilty for leaving Taggert alone to be shot, but Laura said that he was there for Taggert by getting Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) out safely.

At the Floating Rib, the PCPD held a wake for Taggert. Sonny walked in and offered a few words about how he respected Taggert, much to Jordan Ashford’s (Briana Nicole Henry) chagrin. Sonny then spoke softly with Trina about her loss, and to Cameron Webber (William Lipton) about his ordeal. Ava arrived as well to offer Trina her support, irritating Portia Robinson (Brooke Kerr) in the process.

Jordan talked with Portia in the ladies’ room, saying that this must be hard for her, and that Taggert loved her and Trina. Portia said that she knew that, but when it came down to it, Taggert chose his job every time. Out in the restaurant, Trina lashed out at Curtis when he arrived, saying that he should have saved her father.

Portia ran up to see what Trina was upset about, and she noticed Curtis. Curtis and Portia recognized each other, upsetting Trina, who ran off to the ladies’ room. Portia apologized to Curtis, and Laura explained that it was her idea for Curtis to attend the wake. Meanwhile, in the ladies’ room, Trina and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) talked, and Cameron barged in to help. Cameron and Josslyn supported Trina and they had a tender group hug.

Back out in the restaurant, Portia snarked at Ava some more, then Ava told Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) that she and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) should come have dinner sometime with her and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), leaving Elizabeth and Laura to wonder what Ava was up to.

The teens then returned to the main area of the restaurant, and Portia asked if Trina was feeling better. Ava swooped in and, martini in hand, told Trina that it was ok for her not to rush back to work at the gallery. This irritated Portia. Meanwhile, Jordan got a text from TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) saying that he was away and needed time to think things over. Jordan texted him back to call her and leave a message.

Next, at the Quartermaine mansion, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) talked about Diane Miller’s (Carolyn Hennessy) idea that they marry. They got interrupted by Sonny, who came to see Michael. Sasha left them to talk, and they talked about Michael taking a leave of absence from ELQ to focus on Wiley Quartermaine Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) and the custody case.

Michael noted that it would be easier if Brad just pled guilty and didn’t have a big trial, and Sonny said cryptically that things have a way of working out. Sonny took off, and Sasha came back to finish their conversation about getting married. They mutually agreed that they didn’t want to have a marriage of convenience, and that if they ever did get married, it would be for the right reasons.

Meanwhile, at the courthouse, Brad met with his lawyer Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) ahead of his hearing. Scott pressed Brad to tell him if there was someone else in on the baby swap plan with him, because he needed something to take the guilt off of him. Brad slayed mum, then Julian came in and wanted to talk with Scott privately.

Julian asked how things looked for Brad, and Scott said that unless they can come up with someone else who aided and abetted, then Brad is sunk. Julian talked with Brad privately and told him to stick to the script and let him take care of the rest. Later, Brad was alone when Sonny arrived, looking menacing. Brad asked what Sonny was going to do to him, and Sonny said, “That depends on what you say in the courtroom.”

There’s definitely a lot going on right now on GH, so stay tuned! Be sure to stick with the ABC soap and don’t forget to check CDL for the latest General Hospital spoilers, updates, and news.
