General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, December 2, teases that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will feel like Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) should back off. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will get honest with Sam – most likely about her life in Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) mob world and the tragic turns that sometimes result.
However, Carly will apparently eavesdrop and perhaps send Joss off to do something else. It’ll irritate Carly since she’ll feel like Sam’s using Josslyn to make personal choices. Sam is the only one who can figure out if she can live with Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) dangerous lifestyle.
It obviously means bringing more risk to Scout Cain (Ella Ramacieri) and Danny Morgan’s (Porter Fasullo) lives, so that’s something Sam will continue to mull over.
Regardless of what Sam decides, Carly won’t want her burdening Josslyn with this. It’d be difficult for Joss if she felt she contributed to Jason and Sam splitting up.
Furthermore, Josslyn is mourning Dev Cerci aka “Dev Corbin” (Ashton Arbab), so she’s already got a lot on her mind. That’ll be more than enough as far as Carly’s concerned. Next, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will resolve to tell Sam the truth about Julian Jerome’s (William deVry) bomb delivery.
Julian was the one who planted that package at The Floating Rib for Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Sonny will think Sam should know her own father nearly killed her son. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will speak his mind on the matter as well, but it looks like Sam may indeed get updates soon.
In the meantime, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will inevitably rile Cyrus up. It looks like Brando will mention the explosion and get sarcastic with his questions.
This blast obviously has Cyrus written all over it – and that’s a problem for Brando, who lost a fake son due to his injuries. Dev was just a kid with his whole life ahead of him, so Brando will struggle to contain his anger on Wednesday.
Of course, Brando will have to be careful or else Cyrus will kill him, too! Cyrus isn’t the kind of who messes around when it comes to his employees. He may remind Brando that he expects loyalty and suggest casualties are just a necessary cost of war.
Across town, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will hope Jordan Ashford’s (Briana Nicole Henry) faux medical crisis remains a secret. There’ll be a scene where Curtis asks if Cyrus is onto them, but Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) should insist all is well.
Portia promised Cyrus wouldn’t see any red flags on her end – and that’s a promise she’s been able to keep so far.
Jordan will also face an obstacle on Thursday. Now that Curtis and Jordan know there’s a patient named Gray who’s tied to Cyrus, they need more details. It seems Jordan will seek answers about how to obtain those details. Some additional files or medical records could help complete the big picture.
Portia will be willing to break whatever rules she has to. Cyrus’ takedown is incredibly important since Trina Robinson’s (Sydney Mikayla) safety is at risk. In fact, all of Port Charles is in danger.
Cyrus could easily plot another attack like the one that just went down at The Floating Rib, so Portia will want to help in any way she can. The sooner they take down Cyrus, the better off everyone will be.
Now that Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) has been taken to a long-term care facility, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will acknowledge the absence she leaves behind. Lulu was a big part of many lives in PC, so there are some big holes in hurting hearts.
Peter August (Wes Ramsey) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) used to double date with Lulu and Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson), so it was a crushing blow to lose their friends. Anna may encourage Peter to have hope for Lulu’s recovery and give Maxie some extra support until then. Maxie is certainly going to need it!
Over with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), he’ll face a bit of a shocker on Wednesday. General Hospital spoilers say Peter will catch Finn by surprise. Will Peter do something shady or perhaps extraordinarily sweet instead?
The latter might be the best option, so maybe Peter will have a gift for Finn ahead of his wedding.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) will give Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) a document to look over and sign. This may be something Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) cooked up without Liz’s knowledge, so she may track him down to spar about it if she doesn’t agree.
As for Cameron Webber (William Lipton), he’ll stop by Franco’s room and face a tough request. Franco will hope Cam can do something for him, but what will it be? It’s possible Franco will want Cameron to watch for troubling behavior related to his brain tumor.
Franco already has Jason looking out for “Bad Franco” warning signs, but Cam lives with Franco and would be in a better position to monitor things at home. On the other hand, that’s a lot of pressure for Cam – especially since he just lost his friend, Dev.
Franco might simply ask Cam to worry a little less about him and a little more about helping Josslyn and Trina as they grieve.
