The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) scheme will bring some unanticipated consequences. Sally’s doing her best to reel Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) in with a shocking lie. B&B fans know Sally isn’t actually dying, but that doesn’t mean everyone will make it out of this storyline alive!
One character’s supposed to die in 2020, so that could tie in with this hot plot. We also know that Sally’s scam will blow up into something far worse than she imagined.
Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) will feel overwhelmed and pushed to her breaking point. This whole situation will truly become a matter of life and death, which seems like a huge hint about someone getting killed off.
Penny seems like a logical option since she’s not really necessary. She’s not a B&B staple like many other characters, so Dr. Escobar’s death would be purely for shock value.
When The Bold and the Beautiful killed off Emma Barber (Nia Sioux), her death didn’t really matter either. It was just about revving up the drama and grabbing some higher ratings.
B&B likes to take a dark turn from time to time – like with Emma’s fatal car crash or Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) fall into an acid vat, which turned out to be cleaning solution. The show might be ready for another creepy shocker.
What happens if Sally accidentally kills Penny during a heated showdown over their secret? Let’s say Penny falls down a staircase and hits her head or something along those lines.
There could be a number of ways for Penny to die in some freak accident. Sally could find herself in worse jam at that point. It might look like Sally murdered Penny to keep her quiet.
Sally would worry that a) she wouldn’t be believed and b) she’d have to tell the whole ugly story about her fake terminal illness to explain everything. Since Sally wouldn’t be looking to do either of those things, she might opt for a cover-up – especially if someone like Thomas gets involved and convinces her it’s the right call. Just imagine Sally and Thomas teaming up to get rid of the body!
