The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Wednesday, February 19, teases that Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) will remain uneasy about Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) love life. This devious dad just nudged Douglas into conveying his feelings to Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), so Hope’s guilt is at all-time high.
Douglas wants Mommy Hope back with Thomas and doesn’t like seeing his dad so close to Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes). The kid’s a nervous wreck over, so Hope will keep trying to reassure him. She’ll want Douglas to remember she’s always going to be there, but Thomas will give Douglas another reason to worry Hope’s being phased out.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas will work on the next step of his plan, which involves a Forrester dinner party. He’ll throw this little soiree with a couple of vital goals in mind.
For starters, Thomas will use this as another opportunity to flaunt his relationship with Zoe. He’ll want his family to have front-row seats for the blooming “love” right in front of them.
B&B fans can expect Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) to be pleased by Thomas’ growing interest in Zoe. He’ll view it as more proof that Thomas has put Hope behind him. Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), on the other hand, will think it’s just the opposite! She’ll feel like Thomas is simply manipulating Hope, Zoe and everyone else through the party.
Eric Forrester (John McCook) may have some mixed feelings about the quick progression of this romance. He should be happy Thomas is moving on, but he’ll probably understand Brooke’s perspective as well.
Thomas has a history of scheming, so it’s hard to trust him on things like this. As for Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer), she can just sit back and see how Thomas’ plot works out for him.
Of course, Thomas will mostly care about the key players here: Zoe, Hope and Douglas. That brings us to the next part of the plan: Thomas’ marriage proposal to Zoe.
It’s the real reason for this Forrester dinner, which will build to Thomas popping the question. Thomas will hope this shocking move is enough to push Douglas over the edge and spark a major outburst.

However, Thomas also has to convince Zoe this proposal’s legit. It’s awfully fast, so Zoe’s bound to have some suspicions. She may fear there’s some truth to Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) manipulation claims after all.
