The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) will move forward in their relationship, but they’ll have to face a little more turmoil first! In new B&B episodes starting Monday, July 20, Flo will be held captive by Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz).
After Flo learns Sally intends to seduce Wyatt and get pregnant, another desperate plan will form. Flo will get a message to Wyatt, who’ll manage to shut down Sally’s latest scheme and figure all this out. In the end, Wyatt will rescue Flo and kick off the next chapter of their love story.
Of course, we have to think about what that next chapter might look like. Flo and Wyatt might get some happiness for a while, but that never lasts forever on soaps! What’ll be Wyatt and Flo’s next obstacle? Let’s consider four options that could ultimately keep the drama going on new B&B episodes.
1) Sally Spectra changes her strategy
Sally’s been determined to win Wyatt back and make Flo suffer, but she may turn against them both after her last-ditch effort fails. When this pregnancy trap doesn’t pan out, Sally may decide to give up on renewed Wyatt love.
Instead, Sally might want both Flo and Wyatt to pay! It’d be interesting to see what Sally’s plot for vengeance might look like.
2) New love triangle
Love triangles are a common way to heat things up on The Bold and the Beautiful. B&B’s been doing this Sally, Wyatt and Flo storyline, but could a new love triangle eventually emerge?
Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) might be an intriguing as Flo and Wyatt’s next interloper. Then again, it could be someone else on canvas or even an entirely new character.
3) Can’t recreate the past for Wyatt Spencer & Flo Fulton
Wyatt and Flo were high school sweethearts, so The Bold and the Beautiful has told a “one who got away” type of story. However, Flo and Wyatt aren’t those same teenagers anymore.
Once all the obstacles are removed, could Wyatt and Flo realize they’re not that great of a match? They’re trying to recapture the magic of the past, but that’s not always possible.
4) Flo & Wyatt Wedding planning issues
Another route B&B might take would be an engagement. Even if Wyatt and Flo are the perfect match they think they are, wedding planning can bring out the worst in a couple.
It might be a realistic way to stir up some conflict between Flo and Wyatt. Although Flo and Wyatt might work through that conflict eventually, The Bold and the Beautiful could deliver some issues in the meantime.
