The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, August 13, tease that Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) will need some support as he prepares for his new bundle of joy.
Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) is pregnant with Kevin’s son – and the idea of raising a boy has left him troubled so far. Kevin’s been worried since his own father was so terrible, but history obviously isn’t going to repeat itself here.
Esther Valentine (Kate Linder) will pop up in Thursday’s Y&R episode to remind Kevin of what a great dad he already is to Bella Fisher (Martie Blair). Although Kevin feels like having a son will be different than a daughter, Esther may argue that the love in Kevin’s heart is all that matters.
It’s clear that Kevin and Chloe are eager to dote on this baby, so Esther shouldn’t have any concerns.
Meanwhile, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will make a comment that rubs Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) the wrong way. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jack will deliver some parenting advice that Victor doesn’t appreciate. It sounds like it’ll be unsolicited, Victor may feel like Jack needs to mind his own business!
Nevertheless, Jack’s a friend of Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) and a frenemy of Victor’s. He’s also someone who has a good relationship with his own son, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), so Jack may think that qualifies him to weigh in. Victor will balk at Jack’s guidance, but it may make sense to him deep down.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam’s mission to clear his name will continue. On Wednesday’s episode, Adam invites George the farm caretaker to Genoa City in hopes of proving his own innocence.
However, Adam doesn’t realize – or perhaps doesn’t want to believe – that George is the one person who could prove Adam’s guilty instead.
George was there the night Adam killed AJ Montalvo, so Adam’s eager to hear his version of events. It might be a little quick for George to make it by Thursday, but we’ll see how it goes.
Regardless, Adam will keep digging for clues to clear himself and prove Victor’s responsible instead. Sadly, that proof doesn’t exist – and that means Adam’s being set up for a devastating blow.
