The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, April 15, tease that Summer Newman (Hunter King) will do her part to help Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) succeed. Y&R fans know Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) gave Kyle and Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) seven days to come up with rebranding pitches. They’re both determined to win this battle, but Summer feels she can be Kyle’s secret weapon.
Wednesday’s episode will give Summer a chance to prove it. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Summer will put a trap in place. It sounds like Summer will want to trip Theo up somehow and give Kyle a big advantage. Of course, Theo’s a pretty crafty character, so we’ll see if he falls for Summer’s tricks.
Theo might be able to dodge this trap, but there are definitely ways for Theo to fail. We can’t forget that Theo roped Kendra into a sneaky plan. Although Theo put their plot to dig up Kyle dirt on hold, the damage is done.
Theo’s been scheming against the co-CEO of Jabot! You can bet that’d be a huge deal to Jack if he knew, so let’s hope Summer and Kyle can expose Theo’s dirty tactics.
Speaking of dirty tactics, Summer will suspect Theo has a new one. She’ll uncover a clue that leads her to believe Theo’s stealing their work product, so that’ll give Summer and Kyle another angle. Things are headed downhill fast for Theo, but he’ll have a few desperate moves left to play.
In the meantime, Jack will find a distraction from all the work drama. Within the next episode or two, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jack will check in with Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), who’ll be having a rough day.
Sharon recently got some good news from her doctor – at least good news under the circumstances. A lumpectomy is better than a mastectomy, but Sharon still has to worry about whether or not the cancer might’ve spread.
Sharon’s set to have a lymph node biopsy, so she’ll hold out hope for positive results after her surgery. Naturally, the surgery itself will be pretty unnerving. As Sharon frets about this procedure and what the future holds, she’ll need someone to lean on. That’s where Jack comes in!
Sharon will appreciate Jack’s comfort during this difficult moment, so we should see some nice scenes to strengthen their friendship. As other Y&R details emerge, don’t miss our hot updates.
