Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) may finally get her revenge on Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien). Marci Miller’s return could reignite this feud as Abigail makes her lying half-sister pay!
It’ll indeed be Miller who makes a comeback in the role, so she’ll be around for some great fall drama.
Of course, there’s the potential for another round of DOOL conflict between Gwen and Abigail.
That’s especially true since Gwen’s keeping a huge secret regarding the timing of her miscarriage.
Gwen admitted that Abigail didn’t push her down the stairs, but Abigail feels responsible for the loss of Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) child anyway.
Abigail thinks Gwen was still pregnant at the top of the stairs, where Abby got too aggressive and inadvertently caused the fall.
Days viewers know Gwen suffered a miscarriage before that staircase tumble ever happened, so she’s been letting Abigail battle all this guilt for no reason.
Gwen has also been lying to Jack for months, so she’ll have to face the consequences of her bad decisions.
Abigail was previously consumed by her desire for revenge – to the point that Chad was worried she’d land in prison or back in a psychiatric facility.
However, Abigail’s actual Days exit ended up involving some time away with Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) in Boston.
Unfortunately, Abigail sounded rather cold and harsh based on Chad’s updates. She didn’t care about Chad’s involvement at DiMera Enterprises and wasn’t interested in seeing him.
It seems like this time away is only fueling Abigail’s bitterness – not helping her heal as she hoped.
Gwen’s secret about the miscarriage timing might come out before Abigail’s return, but you can bet Abby will hear about it eventually.
Jack may be sorry he took Gwen’s side over Abigail in their sister battle. Perhaps Jack will lash out at Gwen, apologize to Abigail and push his more distant daughter to come home.
Abigail could end up seeking vengeance all over again once she returns to Salem. She’ll at least want to give Gwen a piece of her mind for all the lies and pain she’s caused Abby’s family.
Abigail wouldn’t have stayed away for so long if it hadn’t been for the guilt of the miscarriage situation, so Gwen has once again struck a blow to Abigail’s life.
