Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will make a sacrifice so that Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) can escape the DiMera crypt. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will fume over Susan’s getaway plan, so here’s what DOOL viewers can expect.
Marlena can’t let Susan rat her out, so that’ll bring some chilling moments in the crypt. Susan will fear the worst as she wonders what Marlena’s going to do next – and Susan certainly isn’t going to like it!
After Marlena fights off the devil, Days spoilers say Susan will temporarily be possessed.
However, that won’t last long since the devil really wants to be inside Marlena. She serves as the perfect intelligent and trusted vessel around Salem. The devil will pressure Marlena to let him in once more – and she’ll no doubt allow it for Susan’s sake.
Fortunately, possessed Marlena won’t be able to break John’s fighting spirit or Susan’s either for that matter.
During some time alone, Susan and John will plot their escape from this dark and scary burial chamber. It’ll be creeping Susan out – and you can bet John will want out of there as well.
John will definitely hope to score his release and warn his other loved ones like Belle Brady (Martha Madison), Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and more.
The devil must be stopped, so John and Susan will become allies in their escape efforts.
Too bad the devil’s plans will get in the way! Days spoilers say Marlena will force John to endure some shocking torture tactics, but at least that’ll distract the devil from what Susan’s up to.
John and Susan’s joint escape plot will fail, so that’ll leave Susan to flee on her own.
John will sacrifice himself by keeping the devil’s attention, but what’ll happen once Susan bolts from the crypt?
Susan may be too terrified to stick around, so it’s possible she’ll hightail it back to Memphis and let all the Salemites fend for themselves!
It’s also possible Susan will try to dish out a few warnings, but there’s no guarantee Susan will be believed.
There’s even a chance Marlena will catch up with Susan again eventually, but for now Susan will make a quick getaway and leave her sinister captor seething.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say possessed Marlena’s work is far from over, so she’ll just have to hope she can keep a lid on this Susan situation.
