General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Billy Miller is set to play a mysterious new role in an upcoming project. Marnie Sparer is Miller’s manager, so she sometimes offers his fans a hint or two about what he’s working on.
Sparer’s latest clue involves a photo that was snapped on the Paramount Studios lot, so everyone’s curious about what the former GH star is up to.
The caption insisted that “Timing is everything,” so that’s adding to the intrigue of this social media shocker. If you’re wondering, Sparer assured Miller’s fans that he’s still sporting a beard underneath his double bandana!
Unfortunately, General Hospital films elsewhere, so Miller won’t be returning to Port Charles as Drew Cain or anyone else anytime soon.
The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful and Days of Our Lives film at other studios as well, so this news dashes the dreams of fans hoping for a soap comeback.
You never know what might happen down the road, but we certainly wish Miller the best of luck in this mystery role for now. There’s no confirmation on what genre Miller’s taking on next, but we have no doubt that he’ll be successful and pull it off like a pro!

Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) would certainly like to see Peter August (Wes Ramsey) brought to justice over his decision to order Drew’s fatal plane crash. Of course, there’s a chance that plane crash wasn’t so fatal after all! Anything is possible in the soap world, so Drew might’ve survived.
If so, a Drew recast might reenter the picture if Miller’s focused on other films and shows. There’s even been speculation about Cameron Mathison potentially being a Drew recast, though his character hasn’t been confirmed just yet.
