Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, July 8, tease that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) will sail away while Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) gets a suspicious visitor. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will also warn EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) off Belle Brady (Martha Madison), so let’s talk about what DOOL fans can look forward to.
First, Ben will corner Clyde Weston (James Read) to get his dad’s side of the story.
At the Salem PD, Clyde will promise that he’s an innocent man and that he’s going to get out of this jam.
Part of Ben may want to stick around and see how all this plays out, but Clyde might insist he can handle it.
Clyde wasn’t thrilled when he first heard about Ben leaving town with Ciara and the baby, but he can respect that it’s what Ben wants.
With that in mind, Clyde may urge Ben to just go enjoy his adventure and trust that everything’s going to work out for his old man.
After little Bo Weston is christened and Ciara says one last goodbye to Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston), it’ll be time for Ben and Ciara’s joint exit.
Days spoilers say Ciara, Ben and Baby Bo will all sail off on their incredible journey together, but you can still catch them on Peacock’s Beyond Salem series during the week of July 11-15.
In the meantime, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will decide he should pay Gwen another visit and try to pry some real answers out of her.
This murder investigation is becoming a bigger issue for Leo, so he’ll worry Gwen really did kill Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) and will push for the truth.
However, it’s doubtful that Gwen’s the one who plunged that knife.
Perhaps Gwen will share her side of what happened that night if she realizes Leo isn’t going to let this go.
Other Days spoilers say Marlena will warn EJ about his romantic entanglement with Belle.
This could get awfully messy, especially now that Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) is back in Salem.
Marlena is also rooting for Belle and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) to work things out, so she’ll advise against EJ pursuing her still married daughter.
As for Belle and Shawn’s future, they’ll have a heartfelt discussion that offers some hope.
Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) disappeared into the water after that tussle with Belle, but Shawn and Belle still have the baby for now.
Belle may see the potential for them to become a united family with Jan out of the picture, but the truth about Shawn Christian’s paternity is bound to shake things up sooner or later.
There’s also the matter of Belle sleeping with EJ, so the road to a reunion with Shawn will be a bumpy one.
