Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Friday, May 6, reveals that Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) kidnapped Ciara Brady Weston’s (Victoria Konefal) baby while Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) revealed TR Coates’ (William Christian) guilt. Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) also agreed to a risky romantic getaway, so let’s talk about all the DOOL drama.
At the Horton house on Friday’s Days episode, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) offered Abe Carver (James Reynolds) tea while he waited on the twins to wake up from their nap.
Abe then opened up about rejecting Paulina and the fight that ensued with TR because of it.
Julie scoffed over TR thinking he was in a position to judge after how he treated Paulina in the past.
Since Abe was clearly still in love with Paulina, Julie urged him to get over himself and win her back.
At the hospital, Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) cried as she took Eli’s hand and got him to nod that he could hear her.
Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) eventually took Eli off the ventilator and checked him out before making phone calls so Lani could stay with him.
Eli found out he’d been shot and had ended up in a coma, but he didn’t remember much of anything at first.
When Eli learned TR had been stepping up along with the rest of Lani’s loved ones, he wasn’t happy about it – though he guessed he’d missed a lot.
Eli heard about Beth Howard (Donielle Artese) claiming TR was off drugs and hadn’t been violent with her.
However, Eli seemed confused and wondered if that was really what Beth said.
Lani also recapped the drug dealer shooting story and showed Eli a picture of him, but the guy didn’t seem familiar.
Eli finally started having some memory flashes before his confrontation with TR flooded back.
As Eli realized what had really gone down in the park, he shocked Lani with the news that TR shot him.
At Paulina’s apartment, TR talked about how grateful he was for a second chance and how he’d realized she was the love of his life.
After TR took Paulina’s hand, he hoped she’d do him the honor of becoming his wife.
Paulina thought TR had lost his mind since this was coming out of nowhere.
TR backed off the marriage proposal, but he at least hoped Paulina would let him take her on a romantic getaway for a couple days.
It took some convincing, but Paulina finally decided she could use some R&R and went to go pack.
TR muttered about how Paulina wouldn’t need many clothes where she was going anyway.
After Paulina’s phone rang, TR answered it and learned from Tripp that Eli had come out of his coma.
Tripp explained that Eli didn’t remember anything about the shooting yet, but he pointed out that his memory could still come back.
TR got off the phone and lied to Paulina that he spoke to Lani, who wanted her to go have a good time on their trip together.
Paulina was out of the room once again when Abe showed up, so TR opened the door and certainly wasn’t pleased to see him.
At the Horton cabin on Friday’s Days episode, Ciara didn’t know how she was supposed to go through labor without Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson).
Allie offered reassurance before Ciara retrieved a photo of Ben from her bag.
Ciara gazed at that photo to find strength while Allie coached her through the delivery.
Meanwhile, Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) offered guidance to Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), who was able to use his twin connection to Allie and saw through her eyes.
The devil eventually shut it down, but Johnny was able to tell Ben that Ciara was having the baby and appeared to be in a cabin.
Ben assumed it was his cabin in Mammoth Falls and bolted out the door.
Once Johnny tried to get inside Allie’s head again, Allie was able to get a clue to him before the devil severed the connection again.
Johnny saw the ferry ticket to Smith Island, so he realized Allie was at the Horton cabin – not the cabin that Ben went to.
Susan left a frantic voicemail to clear things up for Ben and hoped he would hear it.
Johnny also called Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) to offer updates on everything he’d figured out.
Back with Allie, she refused to give Ciara the baby once he was born.
Allie said it was her baby now before the devil deepened her voice and let her eyes glow to alert Ciara to the truth.
Once Ben finally made it to the Horton cabin, he pulled Ciara into a hug and learned that possessed Allie had kidnapped their newborn.
