Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will wake up in bed with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), so these exes will be thrown together in heartache. DOOL recently released a new promo that featured some shocking pairings – including a familiar one that Nicole may regret in the morning.
EJ and Nicole were married once upon a time, but they also became hookup partners last year.
Days fans will recall how Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) caught Nicole in bed with EJ and kicked off a major confrontation as a result.
The good news is Sami won’t be around to witness the bedroom bombshell this time around.
The bad news is Nicole still won’t be happy about waking up in EJ’s bed.
Although EJ will be amused once Nicole awakens, she’ll seem horrified over what she’s done.
That could mean Nicole will be drunk and barely remember falling underneath the sheets with EJ.
Of course, it’s possible this is a fake-out where nothing really happened the night before.
There’s no guarantee that Nicole and EJ will actually hook up, but they certainly could since they’ve done it before.
Regardless, there’s no denying how this looks since EJ will have a seemingly naked Nicole under the covers with him.

As for why Nicole and EJ will land in this predicament, there’s a simple explanation.
EJ is already distraught over his missing mother, but the Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) situation is only going to head downhill from here.
That could leave EJ in need of some comfort – not to mention he hasn’t had anyone to connect with in quite some time.
EJ may be desperate for some passion and find it easy to land in familiar territory with Nicole.
Meanwhile, Nicole is facing this tricky situation with Jada Hunter’s (Elia Cantu) bun in the oven.
After Nicole acts like Jada shouldn’t have this baby, Eric will make it clear that this pregnancy is none of her business.
Nicole and Eric are headed for conflict, so that’ll play a role in why Nicole’s drawn to EJ’s bedroom.
Unfortunately, that could create more complications in the aftermath, so some DOOL shockers and shakeups are brewing.
