Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for the week of May 16-20 teases that Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will face some couple confusion while Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) comes home without Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney). Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will also suspect Paulina Price (Jackee Harry), so here’s what DOOL fans can expect.
In the cemetery, Ben Weston’s (Robert Scott Wilson) brave effort to save his newborn son will end with a loss of consciousness.
It’ll be up to Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) to take the lead on entering the pentagram and saving the baby – though she’ll get a little help from the heavenly realm!
Days spoilers say a white light will shine down and protect Ciara long enough to get Baby Bo Brady out of there.
It turns out Ciara’s dad came through for her – and later, Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) will show up at the hospital for a special visit with Ciara and Ben.
Possessed Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will go off the rails and threaten to burn down St. Luke’s, but Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams), Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will all ride to the rescue.
Although Eric will hope to lead an exorcism, the devil will threaten to murder Allie if that happens.
Tripp will be willing to die in Allie’s place, so DOOL spoilers say he’ll let the devil enter his body.
Sadly, the devil will then order Tripp to kill Allie, so he’ll throw himself out the church tower window to stop the danger.
Tripp will pass away at the hospital, but Bo will appear to a weepy Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) in the aftermath and apparently give Tripp a chance to live again.
Although Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will feel closer to Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) after all the family drama, Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) will still manage to rile Belle up later.
Over with Lucas, he’ll come home without Sami and will make excuses for where she is. Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) should be skeptical of Lucas’ story under the circumstances and will put him through a grilling session.
Despite Paulina and Lani Price-Grant’s (Sal Stowers) efforts to keep the truth about TR Coates’ (William Christian) shooting under wraps, Abe will grow increasingly suspicious that he’s not getting the whole story.
Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will once again push Abe to tell Paulina what’s in his heart, so Abe may make a love profession and push Paulina for the TR truth in return.
Johnny will also want Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) to know he still loves her with all his heart. Although Johnny won’t pressure Chanel, he’ll hope there’s still a path forward for the two of them. Chanel will have to consider her feelings for Allie as well, so her love life will be a real mess!
While Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and EJ DiMera (Dan Feurriegel) plot a bold move to kick Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) off the throne, she’ll get assistance from Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and throw off their plans.
Other Days spoilers say Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will ask Eric to deceive Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) about taking Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton on a trip.
Xander will delay telling Sarah about the death of her baby and the switch he played a huge role in.
Sarah will wind up heading to Nicole’s place for the baby, but a confused Nicole will insist she’s no longer a couple with Eric.
Later, Xander will spot Eric comforting Sarah in his arms, so he’ll realize the deadly baby bomb has dropped.
