General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Alley Mills has joined GH as a mysterious character, so The Bold and the Beautiful (Pam Douglas on B&B) actress has landed a new role. SOD confirmed the news, but the show’s staying tight-lipped on who Mills will be playing and what she’ll be up to once she debuts.
However, we do know that Mills will make her first appearance on GH before October wraps up.
It won’t be long until we meet Mills’ character and get some answers. Unfortunately, there’s no word on how long Mills’ stint will last or how substantial the part will be.
It’s possible Mills will pop up as a recast Virginia Benson if Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) has a chat with her deceased adoptive mom.
Maybe Mills could be part of Carly’s Jacksonville storyline if Virginia appears in a vision with some advice.
Of course, we should also consider the idea that this mysterious role will have more lasting consequences for more key players.
After all, there’s a mystery woman in Pautuck that fans still haven’t met yet.
Mason (Nathanyael Grey) keeps talking about the female boss who seems to be his family member as well as Austin Gatlin Holt’s (Roger Howarth).
If Austin continues to cause problems, might the boss lady have to pay him a visit in person?
Then again, there could be some other role for Mills to take on.
Maggie Fitzgerald was Esme’s nanny and still hasn’t made her debut, so she might be another option to consider.
There’s even a chance Mills could be playing Carolyn Webber if GH finally decides to bring on Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) parents.
Maybe Carolyn could help Liz uncover more about what happened on the Mariana Islands with Jeff Webber (last played by Richard Dean Anderson) and Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara).
With no shortage of female roles to fill, it’ll be interesting to see which one Alley Mills slides into for her upcoming stint.
