General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Cameron Webber (William Lipton) may confront Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) over a baby bombshell and force the Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) truth out of his mom.
When Liz agreed to help Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), she obviously didn’t know how quickly things would spiral out of control.
Elizabeth is probably regretting ever getting involved right about now, but she’s in too deep and will soon get in even deeper.
That’s because Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) jumped to the wrong conclusion after spotting a prenatal vitamin bottle at Wyndemere and another one that Liz had GH.
Finn clearly thinks Liz cheated on him with Nikolas and is expecting his child.
After a flustered Liz pretends it’s true, she’ll commit to selling this lie for a while.
Finn isn’t known for his secret-keeping abilities when it comes to Liz – and he’ll probably be mad enough to want to hurt her anyway.
Ava Jerome (Maura West) will get updates on Elizabeth’s pregnancy claims, so that may be due to Finn’s blabbing.
Of course, Cameron could easily overhear Liz on the phone or witness a faceoff between Ava and his mom.
Ever since Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) died, it seems like Cameron has tried to look out for Elizabeth more and check in with her.
It’s just tough to believe Elizabeth can keep up this pregnancy lie for long without Cameron asking too many questions.
That could put Liz in a tight spot and perhaps force the truth out of her.
It’s one thing to lie to Finn, but it’s quite another for Liz to look her son in the eye and tell him that she’s pregnant by Nikolas.
Liz may not be able to break Cameron’s trust like that, so will she bring him in the loop on captive Esme getting knocked up by Nik?
Elizabeth might convince Cam that this is the best solution – just until the baby’s born.
Maybe Liz can get Cameron on board with keeping quiet about the hostage situation since Esme is securely stashed and it’ll be better for the baby this way.
Since Cameron and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) seem to be on the verge of a breakup, he may not feel like he owes her any info.
Cam could join the secret circle and have trouble hiding this Esme shocker from his closest friends.
