General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) may cheat with “Blaze” aka Allison (Jacqueline Grace Lopez), so will Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) plot bring a betrayal disaster?
Chase quickly hit it off with his new singing partner and got Blaze to drop her walls a bit. It didn’t take long for Chase to learn that Blaze’s real name was Allison and see that there’s a lot more to her than meets the eye.
Blaze has a certain edgy image to live up to, but that’s mostly because of Linc Brown’s (Dan Buran) obvious control over her. Chase can see that Linc is making Blaze uncomfortable and may be driven to do something about it.
Since Chase is always going to be a cop at heart, he won’t be able to turn off that part of himself in this storyline. Brook Lynn wants Chase to stick to her plan, but he may end up going rogue and riding to Blaze’s rescue.
That could strengthen Chase’s bond with Blaze and lead to some temptation. Of course, singing together could also create more of a connection. Blaze is supposed to be part of a popstar duet with Chase, so that could bring them together ahead of this potential rescue as well.
Brook Lynn may ultimately see a spark – that is if she’s not too busy to notice! Unfortunately, Brook Lynn’s mind is mostly on her own Linc scheme and career aspirations for Chase these days.
Chase and Brook Lynn’s relationship is headed for serious trouble since she’s sabotaging his efforts to become a detective again. Brook Lynn’s selfish side is coming out, so that could set the stage for a fierce fight – one that pushes Chase right into Blaze’s arms and maybe even her bed.
Chase may cheat with Blaze if he doesn’t break up with Brook Lynn first. Regardless, Brook Lynn will inevitably consider it a huge betrayal if Chase ends up kissing Blaze or even sleeping with her.
That could hurt Brook Lynn to the core, but does she deserve it after trying to stand in the way of Chase’s cop happiness? As other GH news and updates emerge, we’ll keep you posted.
