General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) could help Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) heal and offer these former fake lovers a chance at a real romance. GH fans will recall how Sasha and Chase pretended to cheat so that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) would move forward with her marriage to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
Although it was a painful sacrifice for both Chase and Sasha, Michael and Willow’s marriage move paid off for them in court.
What mattered most to Sasha and Chase was keeping Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver) out of Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) dangerous hands.
The sacrifice was worth it if it meant boosting Willow and Michael’s chances at defeating Nelle in the custody battle.
Of course, that whole experience bonded Chase and Sasha in a unique way.
On the September 21 episode, Chase opened up to Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) about getting close to Sasha back then and wanting to help her now.
Although Chase wanted to carry out his own investigation and get some killer answers, Finn warned against it since his brother is no longer a cop.
Finn thought Chase would be better off channeling that frustration elsewhere, but Chase may not be able to let this go.
You can take Chase’s badge away, but you just can’t take the detective out of him.
There’s part of Chase that’ll always want to protect and serve – especially Sasha in this case.
Chase denied wanting to solve the hook mystery so he could get his police job back, but that could indeed happen.
Many viewers are over this whole popstar wannabe storyline anyway, so it’d be nice if Chase could land back on the force where he belongs.
Regardless, there’s the potential for Chase to step up and help Sasha one way or another.
Since Chase was so passionate about supporting Sasha, he might come to her rescue when she needs him most.

he more Brook Lynn acts like nothing can stand in their way, the more it seems like Chase and Brook Lynn are being set up for a huge fall.
Could Chase’s inevitable split from Brook Lynn lead to him reconnecting on a deeper level with Sasha?
Sasha and Chase might have a real shot at romance after he helps her heal from the loss of Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor).
