General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will face a Haunted Star crisis as Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) pushes the new popstar into the scary spotlight.
GH fans know Chase initially had some doubts about tackling this wild career change.
However, Brook Lynn doesn’t know how to take no for an answer, so she worked to convince Chase he could become a household name.
Chase started to grow more comfortable with the idea of fame, especially after Brook Lynn showed off the video that made quite a splash online.
Even so, singing for Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) and his loved ones at a birthday party isn’t the same as climbing to superstardom.
Chase has also performed for charity at the Nurses Ball before, but this is a whole different animal.
Nevertheless, Brook Lynn will try to get Chase more comfortable on stage soon enough.
Since Mac Scorpio (John J. York) has an open mic night coming up on The Haunted Star, Brook Lynn may think this is the perfect opportunity for Chase’s true popstar debut.
During the week of July 18-22, Brook Lynn will feel confident in her plan, but Chase will start to battle doubts about it.
In fact, Chase will consider backing out entirely, so he may get nervous right before it’s his turn at the mic.
Maybe Chase will worry he’s not cut out for this after all, especially if he hears some other participants in this open mic night and decides they’re more talented.
Brook Lynn may counter that Chase needs to believe in his own talent and show some courage.
Chase has faced deadly situations as a detective, so Brook Lynn might argue that singing a song on stage should be a piece of cake.
We’ll probably see Brook Lynn push Chase to suck it up and make some magic happen, so it sounds like he’ll land on stage in the end.
Will Chase crash and burn or become the hit of the show?
Although things might start off on a rather rocky note, something tells us Chase will find his groove eventually!
General Hospital spoilers say phase two of the plan will be about handling Linc Brown (Dan Buran), but Chase will have to conquer his fears first.
