General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, April 4, tease that Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will have a furious ultimatum for Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) while Selina Wu (Lydia Look) threatens Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) will also ask an awkward question, so here’s what viewers can expect.
For starters, there’ll be a little family reunion as Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) returns for a meal with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Violet.
Things will start off well enough, but there’ll be some awkwardness when Violet spots Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and asks about how her baby is.
Brook Lynn may have to give some kid-friendly explanation and admit she was merely protecting Bailey Louise Jones (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) for a friend in trouble.
Whatever the case, this should lead to tension with Gregory, who was left out of the loop along with Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney).
Finn may have to defend Chase and play peacemaker at the table later.
Finn will also show his support for Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) on Monday’s show.
Finn will want her to know that he’ll be right there by her side – no matter what happens.
Liz will also have a conversation with Laura Collins (Genie Francis) before the stalker strikes again.
GH spoilers say Liz will make a disturbing discovery as she continues to wonder who’s behind these bizarre incidents.
Next, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) will have an interview with Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) at the hospital.
Brad will admit he was hoping Terry still believed in second chances and could give him one.
There’s a good chance Terry will show some compassion and go along with Britt’s hiring recommendation, but Brad will have to be on his best behavior!
Of course, Selina would much rather see Brad working for her than at GH. Since Brad refuses to cut off his friendship with Britt, perhaps Selina will try to use Britt’s influence to her advantage.
During their upcoming meeting, Selina might argue that Britt should convince Brad to join the Wu family business.
“And why would I do that?” Britt asks in Monday’s preview video.
Britt may not see why she should do Selina’s dirty work and make it clear that Brad shouldn’t be under his aunt’s control.
Nevertheless, Selina is a dangerous woman who already disapproves of Britt.
Selina might act like Britt needs to meet her halfway if she expects to be in Brad’s life – or remain alive at all!
Back with Brook Lynn, she’ll meet with Amy Driscoll (Risa Dorken) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) about the song for Deception.
It looks like Amy will start asking too many questions about Chase and upset Brook Lynn despite Maxie’s attempt to help.
At Wyndemere, Ava will blow her top now that she’s found Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) making herself right at home.
“What’s it going to be?!” Ava angrily asks Nikolas in Monday’s preview clip.
It sounds like Ava will threaten to move out unless Nikolas sends Esme packing.
Of course, Nikolas will point out that Esme could be pregnant.
Nikolas could also rehash the kidnapping ordeal Esme faced with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) – though he won’t know that Ava gave Sonny a nudge to make that move.
Nikolas will hope Ava’s willing to let Esme and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) stick around, but this will certainly be a tough pill for Ava to swallow.
On the other hand, they say you should keep your friends close and your enemies closer!
Maybe Ava will ultimately realize that and use this as an opportunity to help her Esme takedown efforts.
Regardless, Spencer will once again bring up the pregnancy test and push Esme to take it.
Esme will get on board, so the results will be on the way soon enough.
