General Hospital Spoilers: Monday, April 4 Recap – Britt’s Secret Crimes with Faison Come Back to Haunt – Liz’s Eerie Dream

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Monday, April 4, reveals that Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) secret crimes with Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) came back to haunt while Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) had an eerie dream. Let’s look at all the highs and lows of Monday’s exciting GH episode.

At home, Liz talked to Laura Collins (Genie Francis) about the video scandal and their shared belief that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) wasn’t behind it.

They also discussed the stalker situation and how it led to the revelation that Jake Webber (Hudson West) had been in contact with his grandparents.

Although Laura could tell there was a lot of past pain and resentment, she also gave Liz a nudge toward letting her mom and dad back in the picture.

Once Liz was alone, she dreamed the house had gone dark. There was a mystery man telling Liz not to forget him in the shadows.

Once Liz awakened on the sofa, she found some artwork nearby with “DON’T FORGET ME” painted in red across it.

At the hospital, Britt sent Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) in for his interview with Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) while one of Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) men came to take Britt away.

Britt was escorted to the rented-out Port Charles Grill, where Selina proposed the idea of Britt manipulating Brad for her.

Selina wanted more for Brad than a menial job at the hospital and intended to use Britt’s sway to her advantage.

Selina also made it clear that Britt would do what she was told – or else she’d spill what Britt and Faison were doing during their travels.

Ms. Wu thought the WSB would be particularly interested in what happened in Lisbon back in 2016.

Britt accused Selina of fishing or bluffing, but Selina acted like she had all the proof she needed to send Britt back to prison for good.

With that in mind, Britt needed to pull Brad’s strings without letting him know Selina was pulling Britt’s strings as well.

At the Metro Court, Amy Discroll (Risa Dorken) created some awkwardness between Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) about the song he didn’t want to perform.

Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) also ran up and asked Brook Lynn how her baby was, but Maxie took the lead and showed off some new pics.

Chase was apologetic since he tried to explain, but Violet didn’t really understand the whole situation yet.

Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) greeted Chase since he was there to have dinner with his sons and granddaughter.

Unfortunately, things turned sour fast when Gregory met Brook Lynn and had an attitude over the mess that she dragged Chase into.

Chase fiercely defended Brook Lynn, so Gregory was left wondering about his son’s feelings for her.

Likewise, Maxie seemed to think Chase’s defense of Brook Lynn went beyond friendship.

Gregory ultimately smoothed things over with Brook Lynn and actually seemed to like her by the end of their interaction.

Back with Brad, he had an uncomfortable meeting with Terry in her office.

Brad was willing to settle for being an orderly and hoped that Terry could give him another chance at the hospital.

Terry acted like she believed Brad was being sincere and let him know they’d be in touch.

When Amy ran into Brad moments later, she tried to call for security and reeled at the thought of him being rehired there.

Terry informed Amy that it was her decision and put the frustrated nurse in her place.

At Wyndemere, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) tried to kick Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) out before learning that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) said she could stay.

Esme also informed Ava that she might be pregnant, so Ava yelled for Nikolas and had a major fight with him.

Ava made it clear that Nikolas had to choose between the two of them, but he’d already made his choice.

Since Nikolas wouldn’t budge on Esme, Ava walked out on him instead.

As for Esme, she faced Spencer’s pressure to take the pregnancy test.

Spencer insisted Esme could stay at Wyndemere no matter what, so she took the test in the bathroom.

Soon after, Esme suggested the test had to remain on a flat surface, so it was left on the counter until her timer went off.

Esme and Spencer were then ready to look at the results together.

General Hospital spoilers say Esme will continue to scheme, so don’t miss all the action.

CDL will have lots of other scorching General Hospital spoilers, updates and news, so pop back in soon.
