General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, April 5, tease that there’ll be a new Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) stalker suspect while Laura Collins (Genie Francis) panics over pregnant Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Drugged Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will also exhibit some odd behavior, so let’s talk about what viewers can look forward to.
First, it’ll be a big night for Deception as the team gathers for the IPO launch party.
That’ll get underway at The Savoy, where Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will share a toast with Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
It looks like Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will share a tense moment with Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) as everyone mixes and mingles.
Tuesday’s preview video shows Brook Lynn saying that someone doesn’t owe her anything, so Austin may try to apologize over their previous war.
Brook Lynn will ultimately realize that Austin has kicked off a new romance with Maxie.
It’s all very new and no serious commitments have been made, but Austin and Maxie indeed want to see where this could go.
As for Deception’s IPO launch, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will be full of excitement over this giant step forward – and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will tell Sasha that it’s only the beginning.
Unfortunately, Sasha will remain on drugs and just won’t be acting like herself.
GH fans will see some trouble at the bash due to a mysterious investor as well as Sasha’s potentially disastrous speech.
In the meantime, Selina Wu (Lydia Look) will approach Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) – presumably with another pitch about her poker nights.
Curtis will point out that he made his position clear, but Selina will have another offer – one that Curtis may not able to refuse.
Curtis is desperate to learn the dirty details of Marshall Ashford’s (Robert Gossett) past, so maybe
Selina could use her resources and help him out with that. Selina might consider that a fair trade for the use of The Savoy a couple times a month.
At home, Elizabeth will remain rattled over her latest discovery.
Liz dreamed of a man in the shadows, who pushed her not to forget him – and then she awoke to the same message written nearby.
Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), Jake Webber (Hudson West) and Aiden Spencer (Enzo De Angelis) will all be on hand to support Liz on Tuesday’s show.
Finn will think they need to call for reinforcements, so maybe he’ll want to give Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) updates.
As for Jake and Aiden, they’ll consider the facts and come up with a theory about who Liz’s stalker is.
Since Liz’s dream conveyed the same message that was written out, it could be a hint that she’s experiencing some sort of mental break.
Maybe Liz is doing strange things without realizing it.
Regardless, Aiden and Jake will hope to get to the bottom of things soon!
They won’t like seeing Liz feeling so tormented, so it’s important to crack the case as soon as possible.
When Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) finds Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) at Charlie’s Pub, he’ll sense that there’s trouble on Spoon Island.
Ava may admit that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) sided with Esme over her, so she’s refusing to stay under the same roof.
Scott will have some legal guidance to share, so maybe Ava can use this as part of her plan to take down Esme.
Then again, perhaps Scott will advise Ava about her marriage and what she should do if she wants to end it.
Although it hasn’t reached the point where Ava wants to divorce Nikolas, that’s obviously Esme’s endgame. Scott no doubt feels Ava could do better anyway!
At some point, Laura will arrive and freak over some huge news.
Laura will hope she’s misheard Ava, so it sounds like Laura will find out about Esme’s potential pregnancy and move to Wyndemere.
As for Esme and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), they’ll look at the results of her pregnancy test.
There’s a good chance Spencer and Esme will see that it’s positive since there’s more drama to play if it is.
Of course, that doesn’t mean the results will be legit if Esme has pulled off another one of her tricks.
No matter how this goes down, Esme will keep up her efforts to pull Spencer close again with some sort of confession.
At the boxing gym, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will tell Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) that he could never repay the favor and would be honored.
Could Brando change his mind about taking a position within Sonny’s organization?
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) still needs a replacement – and Brando is the most logical candidate that the show has.
However, it’s also possible GH writers will spend a little more time building to that.
Sonny might also come up with some way to celebrate Brando and Sasha’s new marriage – leaving Brando grateful and honored as a result.
Whatever the case, General Hospital spoilers say Brando seems poised to join Sonny’s mob business sooner or later.
