General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of December 26-30 teases that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will decide something that throws Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) for a loop, so it seems she’ll step down from her co-chief of staff position at GH.
Meanwhile, Heather Webber (Alley Mills) will make a wild discovery at Spring Ridge.
It turns out Heather will witness a shocking sight, so it’ll be interesting to see how that affects her vengeful scheme with Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom).
Over with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), they’ll show some fierce determination.
It looks like Spencer and Trina follow some clues as they work to crack the hook case.
Other GH spoilers say Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will warn Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), so we’ll see if that involves advice about Spencer or perhaps an actual threat to keep Nik in line.
Next, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will do some negotiating and lock a new deal in place.
This must relate to the offer Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) passed along, so it’ll no doubt involve some risky business.
Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) believes he can use Sonny’s illegal dealings to his advantage once this deal is officially in place.
That means the stakes will be raised for Dex once everything moves forward.
While Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) gives Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) a pep talk, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will interfere with Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) birth mom investigation again.
The messier Carly makes things, the worse the backlash will be down the road.
Over with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), she’ll get some guidance from Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) about her romantic future.
It looks like Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will have more words of wisdom for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) as well.
Next, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will make a vow, so that could tie in with Britt’s declining condition.
Obrecht may promise to support Britt through this Huntington’s disease ordeal no matter what.
On a lighter note, Britt will be ready to party hard at her birthday bash and put her troubles on hold for a while.
Once New Year’s Eve arrives, there’ll be a big shindig on The Haunted Star as planned.
Back with Spencer, he’ll surprise Ava Jerome (Maura West) when he delivers a sincere apology.
Spencer previously held Ava responsible for his issues with Nikolas, but he’ll want to cut her some slack in light of his father’s disgusting revelations.
Ava wavered on her revenge mission when she found out Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) miscarried – or at least that’s the lie Liz told.
Nevertheless, it seems Ava’s anger will reignite, so she may throw it at Nikolas with full force and save some for Liz, too.
Speaking of Liz, she’ll deal with more Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) drama.
Esme will try to team up with Elizabeth, so she may promise to leave her nurse out of the story if Liz will just call the cops.
However, Esme might try making another escape later since she’ll take a massive risk – just in time for New Year’s Eve in Port Charles.
Liz will also deliver some shocking updates to Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), so she may admit she was never pregnant and has been deceiving him about captive Esme this whole time.
As Valentin and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) search for Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), they’ll run into some mysterious snags and struggle to make sense of some strange news.
At Pentonville, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will have a proposal for Laura Collins (Genie Francis) to consider.
There’s no guarantee Laura will go for this offer, but Cyrus will at least try to get her on board with his dangerous plan.
Cyrus has a new feud with Victor, so he may suggest joining forces with Laura to take him down!
