General Hospital Spoilers: Week of January 24 Update – Sasha Drug Warning Signs – Maxie’s Secret Spills – Curtis’ Danger Zone

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for the week of January 24-28 teases that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) may show off some drug warning signs while Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) secret spills. Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) nightclub could also become a danger zone, so let’s talk about what’s in store.

For starters, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will remain stunned over Jennifer Smith’s (Holly Gagnier) arrival on The Haunted Star.

This woman once did some vicious, horrible things in the name of her obsession with Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary), so Laura will demand the truth about what she’s up to this time.

Jennifer is certainly no fan of Laura and may deliver a threat or two.

Since Jennifer could easily be working with Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), there’s the potential for major trouble here.

As for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he’ll become increasingly desperate to win Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) back and end the misery of this separation.

Sonny will try to pull off some grand gestures to make that happen, but Carly can’t move back in – not until she’s certain her husband can put Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) in the rearview mirror.

Things will go well between Curtis and Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett), who’ll accept his son’s invitation to hang out at The Savoy.

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will like seeing the tension lift, but drama may explode soon enough.

General Hospital spoilers say there’ll be a volatile situation at the nightclub, so that could bring danger and make Curtis wary of what else Marshall is hiding.

As for Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel), she’ll have a present for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

Harmony might drop it by Alexis’ house and have an uncomfortable run-in with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth).

We know Kristina will be back on the scene this week, so she may have a chance to weigh in on Alexis’ friendship with Harmony.

Kristina is perhaps never going to fully like or embrace Harmony, but she may not want to stand in the way of whatever makes Alexis happy.

Of course, there’s the potential for Alexis and Harmony to get swept up in a romance. Based on how things have progressed in this storyline so far, we won’t be surprised at all if that’s the direction the writers end up taking.

Back with Sonny, he’ll have run into someone significant. If that’s Nina, Sonny had better hope Carly doesn’t catch their close moments!

Speaking of close moments, Maxie could catch Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) having some of those at the Metro Court.

It could prompt a little jealousy, but Austin would love nothing more than to start a romance with Maxie.

There should be opportunities for Maxie and Austin to strengthen their bond, particularly after they’re back in the Pautauk woods reliving that crucial night.

Austin may have a memory of something that happened as he was trying to regain consciousness – like hearing Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) accept the baby.

Maxie will be an emotional wreck as she tries to explain, but she may run out of excuses and just have to bring Austin the loop.

As for Victor, it looks like the puzzle places will also click into place for him, too.

Victor’s discovery could be why he ends up investigating at GH – to see if the records and info back up his hunch that “Bailey Quartermaine” and Louise August (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) are the same baby.

Brook Lynn and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will face another challenge as they try to co-parent in their new home.

There could be another towel drop or something along those lines since Chase will get caught in a compromising position.

Next, Valentin Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will have a meeting with Martin Grey (Michael Easton) before an idea lands in his lap.

Valentin will mull over a fascinating possibility, so he may put some clues together and determine that Brook Lynn is hiding Maxie’s baby for her.

Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will also have a couple great reasons to celebrate with Leo Falconeri (Easton Rocket Sweda).

Ned will lock in his adoption of Leo soon and plans to have a wedding do-over with Olivia.

While Olivia and Ned gear up for their vow renewal gathering, Sasha will head to yoga class again. She’ll get everyone’s attention with her behavior, so that suggests she’ll really be going off the rails.

This could lead to questions about whether Sasha might be on drugs again as a coping strategy for her grief.

Carly will also try to score some peace, but Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will end up getting under Carly’s skin.

Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will also be pleasantly surprised when she’s out with Scout Cain (Ella Ramacieri) and bumps into Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

While Drew squeezes in a little more father-daughter bonding time and reconnects with Sam too, Britt will have big news for Peter August (Wes Ramsey).

Peter may learn he’s out of options when it comes to stalling his prison transfer. Britt might take great pleasure in insisting that Peter’s headed back to Pentonville.

Finally, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) will kick off a devious plan at the cabin, where she’ll give be with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).

Between the risky game Esme suggests and the drugged drinks she might serve up, this getaway is sure to get wild!

Some fights are going to break out after Esme stirs the pot, so she could create some complex situations.

Cameron’s hoping to make love to Josslyn for the first time, but could Esme arrange for him to land in bed with Trina instead?

Regardless, Joss and Cam probably won’t come home on good terms!

General Hospital spoilers say Esme could turn into just about everyone’s worst nightmare, so stay tuned.
