General Hospital Spoilers: Week of November 28 Recap – Sonny Prison Time Foreshadowed – Nina & Willow’s Feud Falls Flat

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap review for the week of November 28-December 2 reveals that Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) prison time was foreshadowed while Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) feud fell flat.

First, let’s talk about Sonny’s conversation with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), which certainly seemed to spell out where this story is headed.

Dante is struggling since he wants to be a loving son, but that doesn’t always line up with his duty as a cop.

Sonny pointed out that he didn’t expect Dante to cover for him, but that doesn’t mean the situation is easy for Dante.

When you’re a detective with a mob boss for a father, there are always going to be tricky criminal dilemmas.

However, Sonny assured Dante that if he was ever forced to arrest him one day, it wouldn’t change his love.

We won’t be surprised at all if that’s what happens down the road.

It’s easy to imagine Dante reluctantly putting handcuffs on Sonny as he makes the arrest he’s been dreading.

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) wants to put Sonny behind bars or make sure he has to flee the country.

Based on all the arrest talk, it sounds like GH writers may go with the prison option once Sonny’s downfall comes.

As for Willow and Nina’s feud, their latest conflict seemed rather contrived.

Why did Nina feel the need to pester Willow about supporting Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) when she was already going to be surrounded by other volunteers?

Nina roped Sasha into the community Christmas decorating project, but it’s tough to see how that could really be detrimental to her.

Sasha has been through a lot, but she seemed perfectly fine to hang up a few wreaths and some garland.

It seemed silly for Willow to twist that around into a bad thing – and she should’ve known better than to be lashing out like that in her condition.

Willow should’ve just ordered Nina out or better yet, never have answered the door in the first place.

The whole thing felt forced, but it was refreshing when Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) actually went easy on Nina in the aftermath.

Carly knew Nina didn’t mean to cause Willow’s collapse and helped her see why she should stay away.

Even Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) acknowledged that Nina wouldn’t have behaved that way if she’d known about Willow’s leukemia and chemotherapy.

Despite the mother-daughter feud falling flat, it was nice to see certain characters understanding others’ perspectives a bit more.

General Hospital spoilers say Nina and Willow’s bio connection will cause chaos down the road, but Carly will keep it under wraps as long as she can.
