The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, December 16, tease that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will continue to reel over Summer Newman-Abbott’s (Allison Lanier) decision to fire her. It’ll leave Phyllis feeling rather directionless, but a new opportunity may fall right into her lap.
Daniel Romalotti Jr (Michael Graziadei) has a knack for lifting Phyllis’ spirits, so he’ll spend some time with her and do just that.
It looks like Daniel may also offer Phyllis some hope when it comes to a potential new job.
Y&R spoilers suggest Daniel’s venture will become official, so perhaps he won’t have to stay so hush-hush about it anymore.
Daniel may admit to Phyllis that he’s starting a mega universe gaming platform and wants to take things to new heights at Chancellor-Winters.
Phyllis is a serious gamer and may think this sounds right up her alley.
Although Phyllis will feel betrayed by Summer, she may act like getting fired from Marchetti could be a blessing in disguise.
Phyllis could trade all the clashing with her daughter for collaborating with her son – that is if she can get Daniel on board following his news.
Of course, it’s also possible Daniel will come up with an employment pitch himself, but he’ll have to run it by Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) regardless.
Meanwhile, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will team up, so look for them to corner Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) together.
Kyle and Jack will verbally attack Jeremy for how he’s treated Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) before warning him to leave.
Although Jack and Kyle will pretend Diane is gone for good, Jeremy may not be so sure he buys that.
Since Jeremy is a pretty smart guy, he may suspect Diane could be hiding out until the Abbotts can get rid of him.
Whatever the case, Jeremy will feel certain someone knows where Diane is and may refuse to budge until he gets updates on her location.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say the Jeremy drama won’t be over yet, so Jack may have to move forward with his plan to find his enemy’s Achilles’ heel.
