Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will remain on edge over the secret that Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) is keeping from him. Days fans will recall that EJ overheard Nicole on a phone call and knows she’s keeping something under wraps, but he’s not sure about the details.
Although EJ was tempted to confront Nicole and pry the truth out of her, Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) convinced him to let it go and focus on making Nicole happy.
In Tony’s opinion, it’s perfectly fine and sometimes even healthy to have a few secrets in a relationship.
However, the real point of all this is creating some extra Days drama. Nicole could’ve just come clean to EJ, but where’s the fun in that?!
EJ will find out Nicole’s secret another way, so let’s talk about Sloan Petersen’s (Jessica Serfaty) slipup during the week of May 1-5.
Days spoilers say EJ will interact with Sloan, who’ll accidentally divulge something that tips him off to Nicole and Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) forbidden passion.
DOOL viewers can’t forget that Sloan knows far more than EJ by now.
Sloan found Nicole in Eric’s bed after their drugged hookup, so she’s in the loop on the whole ugly story.
There’s no word yet on exactly what Sloan will spill, but it’ll be enough for EJ to connect the dots and assume Nicole slept with Eric.
Once EJ’s all riled up, he’ll confront Eric outside the pub and push for a confession.
At that point, Eric will realize he’s got the perfect opportunity to get under EJ’s skin.
The look on EJ’s face will suggest he already knows the truth anyway, so Eric will basically gloat when he confirms that he slept with EJ’s girlfriend!
Although Sloan has an ongoing feud with Nicole, she genuinely won’t mean to cause problems this time around.
Nicole might end up wondering if Sloan did this on purpose, but Sloan will truly just make an epic blunder that leads to trouble.
Of course, Eric’s confirmation on Sloan’s slipup will really send EJ flying into a rage.
After EJ throws a punch, Eric will punch back as these rivals turn this into a nasty physical confrontation.
