General Hospital Recap: Tuesday, June 27 – Dex Stops Ned’s Escape – Mason’s DNA Proof – Anna’s House Vandalized

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, June 27, reveals that Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) was adamant about taking “Eddie Maine” aka Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) some dessert ravioli and clean clothes, so she headed over to Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) place.

Once Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) returned from a run with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), she worried about Olivia pushing Ned even further away.

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) admitted she hadn’t tried to stop Olivia because she was Ned’s wife and there was a chance she might get through to him.

Although Brook Lynn planned to take the day off work due to all the Ned drama, Tracy pushed her granddaughter to get back to the Deception office.

In a moment alone with Chase, Brook Lynn said she was thankful for the surveillance footage since it would’ve been Tracy’s word against Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) otherwise.

Chase confessed that wasn’t true since Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) also witnessed Ned’s fall – though he wasn’t sure why she didn’t say anything.

Meanwhile, Tracy got a phone call and reminded the person on the other end that he or she wasn’t her boss. Tracy insisted they were partners instead and vowed to get the information they needed on The Deceptor.

At Sonny’s penthouse, “Eddie” was grateful for the place to crash last night and felt that the experience was quite luxurious.

When Olivia showed up with the dessert ravioli and clothes, she convinced “Eddie” to sit down with her and look through an old photo album.

“Eddie” saw a picture of himself in his rocker outfit and seemed pleased. However, “Eddie” couldn’t really remember Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) and assumed it was because of his blow to the head.

“Eddie” did recall his guitar, so Olivia lashed out over him remembering an instrument from the ‘90s and not his own wife.

After “Eddie” said he didn’t want to cause more pain, he stepped out to get some air.

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) chased after him and called out to “Eddie,” so he appreciated her not calling him Ned and pressuring him like everyone else.

When “Eddie” hinted about it being best if he left town, Nina admitted she’d often thought about running away like that.

Nina was trying to encourage the idea, but she clammed up when Olivia passed through the hallway on her way out.

Once Olivia returned to the Quartermaine mansion with updates on Ned treating his family members like strangers, Tracy argued there was no reason for Brook Lynn not to work.

At Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) apartment, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) and Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) wished she’d stay in PC instead of going on this dangerous Chechnya trip.

Laura insisted on trying to track down Nikolas Cassadine (last played by Adam Huss), so she expected Esme and Spencer to trust each other to help care for Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay).

Once Laura hinted about backup, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) arrived since he’d agreed to be on call if Spencer and Esme needed him.

Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) tagged along and tried to play up Martin’s role in inventing The Deceptor again, but he immediately shut her down.

After telling Esme to meet Spencer halfway, Laura pushed Spencer to be civil to Ace’s mom. Spencer said Laura could count on him, but he still had the key to the safe deposit box with the fake evidence.

Although Esme was willing to work together and do what was best for Ace, Spencer offered a phony smile as he agreed.

At the Metro Court pool, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) found Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), so she wound up quizzing them about how they met.

Dex talked about how Josslyn caught him in a tight spot while working for Sonny, but she cut him a break.

Once Dex left, Trina assumed that despite Dex’s job, Josslyn saw him in a way no one else did. After Trina compared it to her own situation with Spencer, she admitted Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) left him falsified evidence against Esme.

Josslyn pointed out that Esme was guilty, so she didn’t see why it was a big deal to set her up using the bogus proof. Besides, there was no guarantee that it was fake anyway.

Trina argued that Spencer had already destroyed it, but Josslyn seemed skeptical.

When Trina insisted Spencer agreed with her about it being wrong to use the fabricated evidence, Josslyn decided Trina must be a good influence.

At Sonny’s penthouse again, Nina came running back in and said Ned was gone since she couldn’t keep him from leaving.

Moments later, Dex appeared after stopping “Eddie” and bringing him back to Sonny.

Back at the Metro Court pool, Martin picked up on a tense vibe from Lucy and worried this was about their marriage conversation.

Lucy suggested it was about him refusing to accept praise for The Deceptor, but he acted like he didn’t want to steal the show and made her promise not to tell anyone else about his involvement.

Since Lucy could tell something was up, she made a phone call and summoned some help to solve the mystery.

At GH, Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) warned Ava Jerome (Maura West) that nobody was off-limits to Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey), including Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola).

Mason showed up for a meeting in Austin’s office, where he pushed for Pikeman info that Ava didn’t have yet.

Since Ava might need some motivation, Mason pulled out a baggie with some of Ava’s hairs off Nikolas’ body.

Mason insisted Ava’s DNA would sink her if the cops investigated, so Austin vowed that they’d get the job done.

Once Mason exited, Ava relented on finding a way to get Pilar (Brenda Barberena) fired. For now, Ava just wanted to spend some time with Avery.

In the park, Pilar came running over to Ava and seemed frantic as she revealed that Avery had gone missing.

At Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) house, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was alarmed over the accusatory red message that was painted across her door.

Anna downplayed it as a prank by some kids, but Valentin thought maybe she was having a bit of an underreaction.

Although Valentin wanted to skip the Chechnya trip to stay behind and protect Anna, she pushed him to go find Nikolas and come back to her when he was done.

Valentin and Anna shared a sweet kiss as they prepared to say goodbye.

General Hospital spoilers say some surprising news could be brewing on Valentin’s trip with Laura, so stay tuned.
