General Hospital Spoilers: Tracy Turns Drew & Carly In for Insider Trading – Nina Wrongfully Accused?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that a shocker could be brewing in Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) war with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Nina has vowed to get revenge on Carly, but she has to know that won’t get her any closer to building a relationship with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).

Willow forgave Carly for her deception almost immediately and considers her to be another mother figure.

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) has moved past Carly’s secret-keeping as well, so anything Nina does to Carly will hurt him along with Willow.

Willow also cares about Drew and truly appreciates all the work he did to help with the search for her birth parents.

If Nina tries to have Carly and Drew sent to prison for insider trading, it’s going to blow up in her face.

Nina is already facing an uphill battle when it comes to bonding with Willow.

If Nina perpetuates the cycle of revenge, she’s only going to prove Willow’s right to want her toxic presence away from her family.

What would be the point of having Nina further alienate Willow when the writers’ goal is probably to have them connect?

That just doesn’t seem like a smart way to handle things if the plan is having Willow open her heart to Nina in the end.

With that in mind, maybe there’s a bit of misdirection going on.

What if Nina simply gets accused of turning Drew and Carly in for insider trading – only to be proven innocent later on?

The show might be setting Nina up to look guilty so that Carly, Willow, Michael and everyone else on the Nina hate bandwagon can blame her.

Nina can insist she isn’t responsible, but will anyone believe her when she’s been vowing revenge and commenting on how cozy Carly is with Drew?

The setup is perfect for Nina to face false accusations.

Of course, that could lead to the big reveal of who’s actually to blame for turning Drew and Carly in.

Since GH spoilers confirm Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliot) return is coming up, could she be responsible instead?

Tracy might want revenge for Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and turn this into an ELQ power play, especially with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) playing dead for a while.

It’d be interesting if Willow blasts Nina for the insider trading tipoff and has to apologize once the news of Tracy’s guilt is revealed.

This certainly seems like something Tracy might do since she’s always a wildcard, so stay tuned for updates on her Port Charles plans.

General Hospital spoilers say some exciting twists and turns are still to come with this insider trading situation.
