General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, January 10, tease that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will make some confusing statements that leave Laura Collins (Genie Francis) with questions and suspicions.
Laura may realize Liz’s so-called affair with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) was about covering for him – though Elizabeth may not mention the part about playing nurse to pregnant Esme Prince (Avery Pohl)!
Even so, Laura will be concerned about the mess that keeps getting messier.
Although Laura will be glad Nikolas has a devoted friend in Liz, she’ll worry about what else her son is hiding.
As for Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), he’ll declare that Esme needs to be held accountable.
Spencer will also insist on visiting Esme to figure out if she’s telling the truth about her amnesia, but she’ll seemingly have no clue who he is.
Esme will wonder if Spencer really thinks she did all the crazy stuff she’s been accused of and will deny any memory of her crimes.
Of course, Spencer may continue to believe Esme’s faking it and will think she should pay regardless.
At Wyndemere, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will want some answers now that he’s found the fire damage in the north tower.
Nikolas may admit to previously holding Esme captive there and send Victor flying into a rage.
Victor will think the Cassadines would be better off if they cut their losses, so he may want to make Esme and her baby disappear.
Nikolas has also become a major liability, so Victor may threaten to get rid of him, too!
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) should be on their way to Wyndemere any minute now.
That’ll raise the stakes and put Nikolas in another tight spot since Dante will inevitably find the scorched room in the north tower.
Meanwhile, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will have a deep discussion with an emotional Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
It looks like Dex may be worried about the trauma of Josslyn’s recent attack and how she’s coping with the guilt of Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) death.
Next, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will break down in tears as she asks why Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) doesn’t hate her for this.
Although Willow will be blaming herself over all the leukemia drama, it’s not her fault she has a serious illness.
Michael understands that Willow has been making the best choices she possibly can for the baby’s sake and will once again assure that they’re in this together.
Although Willow’s bone marrow donor match fell through, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) could be the savior she’s looking for in the coming episodes.
Until then, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will make a shocking discovery that leads to the truth about Carly’s secrets.
After Drew blasts Carly for messing with his search for Willow’s birth mother, he’ll eventually realize Nina has been Willow’s mom all along.
That should be why Carly’s set to find out important info on Tuesday’s GH episode.
After Drew admits Willow’s leukemia diagnosis and bone marrow donor search, Carly will understand just how serious this is.
Nina will also realize the gravity of Willow’s situation when Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) reveals what’s inside Willow’s medical file.
The news of Willow’s declining health will definitely catch Nina off guard.
General Hospital spoilers say Sonny will insist that all the infighting has to stop and will believe it’s time for everyone to come together to rally around Willow.
Nevertheless, Nina will think Michael deserves an earful after Sonny’s updates.
It won’t be long until Nina corners Michael to accuse him of convincing Willow to delay chemotherapy, so there’ll be another round of hostility.
