On tonight’s The Bachelor season 27 episode 10 as per the ABC synopsis, “It’s a crucial final week in Thailand as Zach introduces his final two women to his family and contemplates the decision that will forever change all their lives.
With everything on the line, he’ll head out on a romantic horse ride with Gabi and, later, a breathtaking hike with Kaity; each date leading him closer to the most important choice he’s made so far.
Meanwhile, America watches along with a live studio audience as Jesse Palmer sits down with Zach and his final three women to discuss their time on this season and the emotional conclusion of his journey. Plus, Jesse shares a sneak peek of the new season of “The Bachelorette.”

Tonight’s The Bachelor finale episode begins with Ariel, she is in the studio with Jesse and he talks about her experience with Zach and how she had poise and held back her exposure when he sent her home. She says she emotionally shut down, but she wanted to show gratitude. It hit her afterwards, but her focus was to keep her composure.
She was surprised that she got to the point where she could fall in love with Zach, he made her feel so comfortable where she could authentically herself. They discuss the fantasy suite dates and the fact that he didn’t want to have sex with any of the women. She was on board with that, but she wishes it was both their decision. She says she was really hurt to find out everything on TV, that Zach had slept with Gabi.
Zach is welcomed to the stage; he gives Ariel a big hug and sits down beside her. She says it was really hard to look back on everything, that he was not honest with her. She was committed to having an open relationship, and she should not have been left in the dark about his sleeping with Gabi. He gave the other two women that respect and not her.
He says looking back on all that he has regrets on how he handled that week, he was going through a lot mentally and didn’t make the right decisions. He should have told her, probably first, but he thought he should focus on everything that was then in the moment. He owes her an apology and that is on him, he is sorry. She tells him that by putting sex off the table, he made the week more about sex. He had good intentions but unfortunately it made the situation very messy and he regrets putting on those parameters.
She appreciates his apologizing, but he took away her agency and her ability to react to it. He says he never should have put himself in a position where he made a decision for the women and he knows he hurt people. She tells him that he owed her the truth, it was what he did after, he had ample time before after and when she was walking away, and if he is a man of his integrity like says he is, then he should have spoken to her.
He says the week was difficult on everyone, there are hundreds of things that he should have done different, he respects her, and she means a lot, he messed up and he wishes he could change that. She says she appreciates the relationship still; it has helped her to move on and find her person.
Back to the aftermath in Krabi, Thailand from the overnight dates. Zach wakes up, it is the biggest week ever, Gabi or Kaity could be his wife. He learned that taking sex off the table was a mistake because he and Gabi decided that they wanted sex and there are repercussions for that. He knows that both women are upset, and his fear is too little too late.
His family is in Thailand, he needs them this week and anything they can give him. His family are all excited to meet the women. He tells them it is not a clear path for who he is leaning towards. With Gabi, they had an immediate spark and she is really confident that it is going to be them at the end of this.
Gabi is getting ready, she left the fantasy suite being happy, but at the rose ceremony she didn’t like his regret, disappointment and failure for having broke his word about having sex. She wants to have a conversation with him first before meeting his family.
Gabi shows up with flowers, but first before meeting his family, she wants to speak so they stop and sit down for a bit. She tells him that she is feeling a lot of weight. At the rose ceremony she was only hearing the negative and doesn’t want to be the reason why he feels pain.
He says he had some weird notion that he could come up with rules, it was a mess up coming into the week with that idea. It was nothing about them. She hears him but she feels like she is the reason why he feels all this disappointment in himself. She feels guilty, like she is an accessory to the crime like the scarlet letter. She asks him if he regrets the decision he made with her. He says no, not at all, that was huge for them. He says she opened his eyes, in his heart it is love. He kisses her and says he is sorry. She is happy, and feels better.
Gabi walks in to meet Zach’s family, his mom and dad. She tells him that his parents were engaged after one month and have been married for over thirty years. Gabi goes to speak to his father, she tells him that she is such a family person, it is everything to her.
She has watched how her parents can be partners, it isn’t perfect, but she sees how they stick it out together. He says their relationship was based on a horrible time, Zach was a sick child, they were told he was pass. He knew he loved his wife and those were tough times and they were going to get through that.
Zach’s mom says Gabi seems sweet and to have the same family beliefs. Zach says she is quirky and fun, and he can see him getting down on one knee. She just wants him to find the right person and be happy.
Gabi meets with Zach’s sisters, she says she was worried about him, she is very protective, she wants someone to see all in Zach and give him 100% the time and energy when he is not all himself. She says she is in love with him.
Gabi didn’t know about his being very sick when he was born, she loves his family and their day was so special with his family. She tells him that hearing his sisters talk about him, she was so emotional, it only made her realize how much she is in love with him. She is truly ready to start her life with Zach, everything that she has hoped and dreamed for could be a reality. They really could have all this together.
It’s the day that Kaity is going to meet Zach’s parents and she is having a hard time because he got intimate with Gabi and is falling in love with him too. She is being cautious with her heart. She arrives to meet Zach and brings flowers as well. Kaity meets everyone, Zach thinks she is going to very well with his family, she is loveable and sweet. She tells them that she knew something was there when she first met Zach, it hasn’t been easy though. Zach’s mom goes to sit down with Kaity to have a chat.
Kaity tells her that she feels so safe and secure with Zach, even though she knows there is another woman there. She then sits down with his sisters and says if it didn’t work with Zach it would be heart breaking. She starts crying, and says she didn’t think she would find someone like him, but she wants him to follow his heart. Last, she sits down with his dad who says his wife is his best friend and he wants that for Zach. She says for sure, since day one she has felt connected to him and she wants him to be her best friend. He says he is a firm believer that relationships develop in hard times, not good times.
He asks her if she loves Zach and she says absolutely. After meeting his family she sees Zach as her future very badly and she is not going to let anything over cloud that. She knows that she has to open her heart and say everything she is feeling. The two sit down, she tells him that his family is amazing. She is very emotional, she tells him that sheis falling in love with him, but after today, she is so in love with him, hearing how his family talked about him and she is very happy with him. He leans in for a kiss. Saying those words took a lot for her, to take her walls down, she feels like a weight has been lifted off of her shoulders. This is in Zach’s hands, this is what she wants, but is this what he wants.
Zach has one final date with each woman before he has to make a choice. His first date is with Kaity, they are in the national park. He tells them that they are going on a hike. She is trying to be confident in this situation, but t is hard, she knows how amazing Gabi is.
It has been so challenging for her to let men into her life, but with Zach she feels like they are a good match for each other, they just need to continue. They stop and go swimming near a waterfall. Later, in the evening, they sit down to talk. She tells him that it is tough, she has gotten to know Gabi and she is an unreal girl, and she knows the decision is going to be hard for him. She is scare, excited, and she knows there are two scenarios, he leaves with her or Gabi. She is scared that he is saying the same things to Gabi that he is saying to her.
Next, he has his date with Gabi and they go horseback riding. Gabi says they just get each other without getting each other. She feels like they are in a really good spot. She thanks him for letting her into his life. She says that his father told her about his almost dying when he was young. He says it didn’t click when he was young, he has a new lease on life, it very much could have been different. They agree that life is scary. He says it shouldn’t always be taken so seriously and they should enjoy the little things in life.
She says she is ready to start their lives together, he is a gem and it scares her not to have him as her gem. They are at the beach and get cozy on the sand. He says it is the beigest decision of his life, on night one he didn’t know how he would feel now. He is nervous, but he is calm about it. He is so torn, the biggest decision of his life, but he feels so good that the right thing is going to happen. She was doing fine until he said he had a tough decision. She has a gut feeling, she feels like it is not her.
Later in the evening, she has a mixed amount of emotions. She can’t get over that Zach has a tough decision to make. This evening, she is feeling better though. Zach arrives and she plans on finding out where his heart and head are, she knows 100% that they are meant for each other. She asks him what he needs to know if it is Kaity or her.
He says he wish he knew, he is trying so hard to figure this out, he is giving it all he has to do that. He is so torn, this is the first time in his life he doesn’t have that decisive feeling, his heart is being tugged into two places. She has a mixed bag of emotions, he is not taking away her fears. He tells her he is falling in love with her, but she knows that he is also falling in love with Kaity. He leaves with a full heart, one of them is going to leave with a broken heart.
In the studio, Jesse brings in Sean Lowe and his wife Catherine. Sean says Zach is handling things well, but he knows that he is struggling between the two, nobody knows the direction he is going to go. Catherine says that the girls have a challenge, the final two are consumed with trying to figure out their future and it is not in their hands.
They are giving all this time to their future, it is really hard, she appreciates what they are going through and is thankful for their honesty. At this point, Sean felt himself thinking long and hard, and Catherine kept coming back in his mind. He thinks Zach is torn. Jesse calls them a shining example of love, they are happily married with three children.
Gabi is nervous, it is the final day when she finds out if Zach has chosen her or Kaity, and she knows that Zach’s heart is in two places. Kaity is nervous and overwhelmed, If Zach got down on one knee and proposed it would change her life forever, but there is another woman there.
Jesse sits down with Zach to pick out a ring for his fiance, he is proposing to his best friend and they are going to start the rest of their lives. He has love for both of them and knows he has to tell someone special to him that it can’t be them.
Zach is ready to meet with the women, he has the ring and he hopes it is all worth it. The first woman to arrive is Gabi, she is nervous and excited. Jesse greets her and asks her how she is feeling. She says she just knows what is about to happen. She has a gut feeling it is not her. If it was, she thinks she would know it.
Gabi arrives on the platform, Zach tells her she looks beautiful. He tells her that they started this whole thing as strangers, then falling in love, meeting each others families, it was incredible and their moments have been life changing. He says falling in love with her has made him a better man, but., she tells him that he doesn’t have to say it. She tells him not to say it, she doesn’t want to hear it. He tries to talk and she tells him to stop, she takes her hands out of his. She says she knew it was coming, she just doesn’t know why he didn’t tell her when he knew.
She says she will be ok, she wants him to be happy, Kaity is a very special person and she is lucky. She tells him good luck, gives him a hug and walks away. She tells him that she doesn’t need an apology, she doesn’t want it. He says he will never forget the times together, she tells him that she doesn’t need to hear it. She doesn’t want an apology, she knew what she was getting into. He says he will never forget her. She says she will find love somehow, somewhere.
She gets in the car and she leaves, she says she just wants to go home. Gabi says that was humiliating, she has been strung along for what. She is pissed off, she knew, when your gut speaks you should listen. She put herself out there yet again, and she is not good enough. She says she is so unlovable for whatever reason, there is something wrong with her.
Gabi is in studio with Jesse, seeing herself drive off that day and it is still difficult for her. She says she told herself that she would be strong, but watching it back, its honestly worse watching it back because you feel all those emotions and she doesn’t even have words right now. She had a little hope going into that day and she didn’t think that someone who said that they were falling in love with her would do that to her. She had a gut feeling, but she didn’t think that someone who cared about her would make her go through all of that stress and anxiety, the entire day, she felt humiliated. Jesse tells her she is strong.
Jesse tells Gabi that it is his hope that she finds what she is looking for. Zach is invited on stage, Gabi gives him an awkward hug. She says she is sad, hurting, hurting even more now. She says what is challenging is that they had so many positive day they slept with each other, and on the beach he knew the reasons behind her emotions, he was so supportive, said he had her back and she felt so protected by him. And, she is disappointed how that evening was aired, there was so much about the evening.
How they both connected and it was a moment they shared together, they were happy about that, it was consensual, it was what they wanted, they decided it was going to be between them. He even told her it was between them. But when he came to her hotel room, she was blindsided, she understands that he was trying to be honest and look out for everyone’s feelings. But she wished he would have warned her that he was going to use her name and tell everyone what happened.
She actually didn’t know he had told everyone until she watched it last week, she feels ashamed for a moment that felt like love to her and its very painful that she went through it. She wishes he had just sent her home and saved her from all the pain, she is living it all again and it is way worse than in Thailand because she is seeing from a different point of view. She thought it was love, she knows sex sells but now she has become a narrative.
He says there is no excuse for what he did, in his mind he felt like he needed to tell the truth. The last thing he wanted to do is hurt her like that, from the bottom of his heart, he never meant to discredit what they shared. Jesse tells her she is going to find the love of his life, he just knows it.
Back to Thailand, Kaity is walking up to the platform where Zach is waiting for her. They hold hands, she takes a moment to breathe. She tells him that she didn’t think it could be her to have a love that you only could read about in books. She has never experienced unconditional love, it was always picking up the pieces of her heart off the ground. And now, every moment with him, her walls came down, with every kiss, every laugh and every hello hello, she is love with him and wants to spend the rest of her life with him. And, if it is not him, it is not anyone.
He says everything with her has been so special, and when she told him she loved him, he didn’t think he could have anything better than that. He followed his heart, even when it was being tugged in two places. He is not falling in love with her, he is in love with her and she is the face he wants to wake up to every morning.
In Studio Jesse is sitting with Zach, Kaity joins them and Jesse gives his congratulates him. Zach says he knew when it was her, it had always been her. She says the fantasy week was a tough episode to watch back, but they have amazing communication and loyalty to each other and they came out stronger. Jesse asks Kaity how she feels about all of Zach’s shower scenes, she says they are ridiculous, but they might have to get an outdoor shower in their future home.
Jesse asks Nate Mitchell, one of Zach’s friends how he feels about Zach and Kaity. He says he is so happy for them and he is rooting for them.
They have been talking about wedding plans and they are thinking in 2025, and they will see after that with little ones. They both say all the ups, downs and tears were all worth it. Jesse says that he has never seen three women bond like she, Gabi and Ariel, and she is so thankful that she has a friendship with them.
